La presion de la ducha, salia un chorro potente, como Dios manda. Limpio y en buen estado. La calefaccion funcionaba regular, un poco mas de calor hubiese estado bien. El edredron y cortinas mas feos que pegar a un padre con un calcetin sudao. |

La Ubicacion De todos los hoteles que he estado, y han sido varios, ya que fui axiliar de vuelo; nunca me habian cobrado en el mismo momento del check-in; aunque la persona fue muy amable, y yo le pague en efectivo, igual me pidieron y sacaron fotocopia de mi tarjeta de credito, esto no es comun, excepto si uno pagara con la tarjeta y no cash. |

La amplia cama y habitación. La limpieza y la cercania de la estacion de trenes. Un poco corto el desayuno, pero correcto. La recepcionista no habla nada de español y no explicó bien la forma de pago el promer dia. |

The availability of getting "ice cubes" in your room for drinks, etc. An icebucket in the room with the ability to get ice from the front desk or ice machine would be so helpful to visitors. |

The location is brilliant, we were in the dependance which is round the corner from the main hotel and was good. Perhaps breakfast could be a bit more varied and available later than 9.30 |

Excelent value for money: great location (in front of train station and just 5 minutes from everything), reasonable room/bathroom/services. Our room was next to the breakfast area so it was quite noisy in the early morning.. |

good location breakfast very poor,staff ignored the fact there was no food and if you didnt arrive early the choice was poor,most staff unhelpful,your description was not accurate eg no bar as advertised.In retrospect this was a very expensive hotel and not 3 star. |

A relatively good location in the city, to get to the main atractives of Florence (Firenze) I did not like: the room (very small and quite untidy), the fact that I was in another floor, actually in a DIFFERENT BUILDING that the hotel, and I had to walk from my room 4 blocks away to get breakfast, that was terrible!!! |

the room was big and there was a balcony we werent informed that "wireless internet at hotel" means figuring the phone in the room is IP enabled and u actually had to unplug the phone first. when i called the front desk the man did not speak english so he couldn't help me. also there was a kitchen with a stove, and it didnt work. front desk guy said hes coming in 30 min. after waiting 1 hr he called to say we cant use stove. |
