Accueil très sympa, proximité de la gare ,bus et du centre touristique , très bon rapport qualité prix , chambre spacieuse et propre , nous avons passé un agréable séjour .

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, situé près du centre historique ainsi que des gares ferroviaire et routière.La décoration et l'ambiance de l'hôtel, la simplicité et la gentillesse du personnel. Le rapport qualité prix de la chambre ainsi qu'une vue superbe.

Certains clients bruyants la nuit. Comme nous y avons passé 11 nuits, le buffet du petit déjeuner était toujours le même.

Staff were pleasant...great location, just across the street from the Florence Train Station..wonderful breakfast...great value for the money.

The availability of getting "ice cubes" in your room for drinks, etc.  An icebucket in the room with the ability to get ice from the front desk or ice machine would be so helpful to visitors.

Someone needs to wash the glass on the outside of the elevator. It is disgusting and colors my whole feeling about your hotel because that is how you come in.

Excelent value for money: great location (in front of train station and just 5 minutes from everything), reasonable room/bathroom/services.

Our room was next to the breakfast area so it was quite noisy in the early morning..

breakfast very poor,staff ignored the fact there was no food and if you didnt arrive early the choice was poor,most staff unhelpful,your description was not accurate eg no bar as advertised.In retrospect this was a very expensive hotel and not 3 star.

the room was big and there was a balcony

we werent informed that "wireless internet at hotel" means figuring the phone in the room is IP enabled and u actually had to unplug the phone first. when i called the front desk the man did not speak english so he couldn't help me. also there was a kitchen with a stove, and it didnt work. front desk guy said hes coming in 30 min. after waiting 1 hr he called to say we cant use stove.

Bona situació, habitació i bany confortables, esmorzar correcte, personal amable. Molt bona relació qualitat preu.
