Nette redelijk luxe kamers niet al te duur

I felt cozy atmosphere and the staff were very kind.

Too small. But ok considering the price I payed.

Staff were pleasant...great location, just across the street from the Florence Train Station..wonderful breakfast...great value for the money.

The availability of getting "ice cubes" in your room for drinks, etc.  An icebucket in the room with the ability to get ice from the front desk or ice machine would be so helpful to visitors.

The location is brilliant, we were in the dependance which is round the corner from the main hotel and was good.

Perhaps breakfast could be a bit more varied and available later than 9.30

Loved the location, the breakfast, the rooms were clean and cleaned every day too with clean towels on a daily basis also, the staff were great and very friendly

O Hotel fica no 3º andar de um prédio velho e degradado o que assusta um pouco a princípio. No andar do hotel são visiveis algumas rachas na parede, mas estava tudo muito limpo. O pequeno-almoço foi muito mau.

La posizione dell'albergo é ottimale per girare il centro, le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli.

1) Un paio di giorni prima dell'arrivo mi contattano dall'albergo per dire che ci sono problemi con la mia carta data solo a garanzia.Verifico ed effettivamente, essendo una visa prepagata, sono passati alcuni pgamenti che non ricordavo; provvedo quindi a ricaricarla e avviso l'albergo che é tutto ok. Arrivata lì il sabato sera , scopro che hanno già prelevato l'importo dalla mia carta, facendo la "strisciata" in anticipo, senza chiedermi nulla!! Rimango sbalordita e mi viene detto che in questi casi devono procedere al pagamento per tutelarsi...mi pare che le vostre condizioni non siano tali. 2) la colazione é davvero misera e le cameriere che servono si sono lamentate che fossimo arrivate alle 9.20, poiché la sala era già piena!!

L'accueil de l'hotel se trouve au 3ème étage d'un immeuble dont le hall d'entrée situé à quelques marches du trottoir n'est pas engageant. Parking : on ne sait pas où est emmené notre véhicule, ce service étant sous traité par une autre Sté.. La chambre, située à l'annexe, à 200m, ressemblait plus à une "bed and b". Très bruyante (au-dessus d'un dépot d'autocars) ; Les stores ne fonctionnaient pas donc pas de lumière du jour. Clim aléaoire. Ventilation Douche "diesel", carrelages pas très propres.; Petit déjeuner "moyen".

Estaba a 50 metros de la estación de trenes, lo que lo hace muy accesible y bien ubicado.

La limpieza de la habitación no era suficiente.

Habitacion espaciosa, aire acondicionado, vistas a la estacion de Santa Maria Novella q esta en frente del hotel, lo q hace llegar en 1 minuto a los trenes, en mi caso cogi uno para Florencia. Personal muy simpatico, q intenta hacer todo lo posible xa q le entiendas ya q hablan poquito español, aunque suficiente, ademas te enseñan un itinerario x la ciudad y sitios donde ir de "marxa" x la noxe. Sin duda un buen hotel xa pasar la estancia en Florencia.

El desayuno era bufé aunque no disfrutamos de el ya q madrugamos al dia siguiente y este empezaba a las 7:30.

Bona situació, habitació i bany confortables, esmorzar correcte, personal amable. Molt bona relació qualitat preu.
