Excellent location to explore the town/region and Venice. Bus station next to the hotel. Hotel stuff very friendly and helpfull. Next to walking area of Mestre in a very quiet area.

Location, close to bus station. 20 min by bus to Venice. Free WiFi although limited within 12 hours of usage. Value for money (for Venice region) The hotel is not soundproof as stated. You can hear everything from the next room. Old facilities and furniture. Rooms are small.

Location was great. Very close to the bus station to go to Venice and the stop to come back from Venice is just in front of the hotel, so after a whole day walking, that is something that we have appreciated! :) Stuff was very nice and helpful. Quiet hotel.

My husband, sister-in-law, and I stayed here for about a week while we were in Italy for a friend's wedding. We loved the location, which was close to the town square, open markets, bus stops, and gelato shops. The staff were friendly every day, and the breakfast was delicious. The room we stayed in was small and cozy, but still comfortable, and quiet for the most part. It's about a 5-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you directly into Venice, and it's about a 20-minute ride. It was inexpensive because of the size and location, and we found it to be a great deal. There is a small safe and a small fridge, and they have internet access (you get the password from them, which gives one device in your room access for your entire stay). We hope to visit again, and will definitely look for a room here in the future! It's a little difficult to find at first, and not too many people know of it. But we were able to orient ourselves by knowing how to get there from the town square, which everyone can direct you to.

The rooms are spacious, very very clean and bathroom were the best. The Hotel is very nicely connected to visit Venice by bus which takes about 10 minutes. Value for money. A little improvement in breakfast is needed and a little decoration in the reception area is urgently required. The couple who work there are very nice couple and very sweet, soft spoken and were ready to help any time and were fully informed of the needs of he guests. - Excellent job by the couple who an the hotel. Breakfast is good but needs some more items to eat, like chicken slices and hash browns, etc. for vegetarians apart from cheese, etc. The entrance of the hotel needs to be more decorative.

Everything! The staff was very polite nad helping. They helped us for everything! Rooms were excellent and very clean. The breakfast was very good with variety of food items to have. The most important thing, right from the Railway station, everywhere we founf the Hotel hoardings to guide us which enables us to reach hotel very easily. The bus to venice runs just in front of the hotel gate and is only 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff co-ordibnated very well and I would reccommend everyone who comes to ask me for this hotel.

It is a lovely small hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was good and very clean. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly have no second thoughts about booking this hotel again. Woould highly reccomend it. Absolutely nothing we did not like.

It is located in the centre of Mestre, just 15 minutes by bus to Venice and the bus stop is near to the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean, and calm .Breakfast was very good So it is an ideal base for exploring Venice, Verona and the surrounding areas.

Very close to venice, piazza roma, by bus.the bus stop was around the corner from the hotel. Very near the pedestrian road full of restaurants and shops. Good breakfast. Very difficult to find though. Nobody seemed to know the address.

The hotel was a basic 3* hotel and did not pretend to be anything but.However the rooms including the bathroom were spotless and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful at all times and the hotel had secure parking. The hotel was (by 'bus) only 3 miles from the Venice 'bus terminal. The week long unlimited travel on 'buses and Vaperettos for about £40 was a bargain and I think I got my moneys worth within 2 days visiting all the islands and using the services regularly each day. Mestre is listed as an industrial town, but it does have an "olde worlde" centre with lots of piazzas, pavement cafes, restaurants and bars and far cheaper than Venice.So it is an ideal base for exploring Venice, Verona and the surrounding areas. Could not find fault with the hotel or staff
