Hotel Aurora  

It is a lovely small hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was good and very clean. Breakfast was very good. I would certainly have no second thoughts about booking this hotel again. Woould highly reccomend it.

It is a small but very clean and neat room, the transportation is very convenient.

Location is great, Venice can be reached easily by bus. The bus station is in the front of the hotel. If you arrive by car using a gps I suggest to use the most updated software as the traffic has changed and the hotel is now on a street which can be reached by pedestrians only.

Staff was not really helpful. We needed to ask for help to find this hotel on the first day and unfortunately we didn't receive detailed info - maybe only due to poor English knowledge and not becouse of willingness. Also receptionist didn't suggest to go to another bus station when go to Venice on Wednesday morning as the bus they had recommended the day before didn't run due to the market. The hotel is shabby and was very warm, even if there is air conditioning in the rooms. Breakfast was okay except for the cold cut served on our second day which had some smell.

It is located in the centre of Mestre, just 15 minutes by bus to Venice and the bus stop is near to the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean, and calm .Breakfast was very good So it is an ideal base for exploring Venice, Verona and the surrounding areas.

η καλη προσπαθεια του προσωπικου για εξυπηρετηση

ηταν πολυ κατωτερο απο την περιγραφη.αν δεν ηταν τοσο βολικο για να παει κανεισ στην βενετια,κοντα,δυο βηματα,απο τον πεζοδρομο του μεστρε,και η πραγματικη προσπαθεια του ζευγουσ των κινεζων που ηταν το προσωπικο του ολο και ολο θα ηταν μια πολυ ασχημη επιλογη.

Centrale a due minuti a piedi da P.zza Ferretto, semplice da raggiungere dall'aeroporto con l'autobus N.15 (venti minuti di autobus più 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata), ben collegato con venezia (la fermata dell'autobus N.2 dista 5 minuti a piedi), lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, la camera un pò piccola e spartana ma pulita e I servizi igienici da poco rinnovati. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliabile per le famiglie.
