Staff is great, so is the breakfast and the small swimming pool on the roof terrace (with fantastic view). Location is good to explore Tuscany. Chianciano Terme itself is a bit old fashioned, the typical spa resort, popular when tourism started, less interesting nowadays. The room we had needs renovating, especially the bathroom.

Rapporto del prezzo con quello che ti viene offerto è molto importante eccellente.peccato che sul sito non venga menzionato il garage che invece esiste ed è comodissimo e sicuro.

Colazione adeguata. Personale molto cortese. Pulito. Siamo tornati in albergo dopo mezzanotte e volendoci fare una doccia abbiamo scoperto che l'acqua al massimo era tiepida, così come I termosifoni. Coperte tipo militare, pungevano.

Staff cordiale, camera con terrazzo, piscina sul tetto, piccolina ma sempre una piscina! Possibilità di mettere la moto in garage. La struttura sembra vecchiotta (rumore proveniente dalle altre camere) ma nel complesso si sta bene. Consigliato!

Very good hospitality and availability of the staff 1. Walls need to be repainted (scratches on walls) 2. water dosn't drain from washbasin (need to wait 10 min for its empty) 3. tv not working very well due to antenna cable broken 4. soket near bed completely destroyed

The Staff were friendly.The awimming pool was nice. For the value of money we spent, it was good. The rooms were not spacious enough. I wish I had reserved a hotel closer to the central Plaza. The furniture was very old. We had asked for two double and a triple room, but in one of the (assumably double tiny rooms) they had set 4 beds and one could barely move.The breakfast was just basic, no hot meal, no fresh fruit but the staff at the restaurant were very friendly, understanding and caring:)

La piscina anche se piccola. Noi siamo stati nella parte chiamata luna(e diviso tra luna e sole) la stanza avrebbe bisogno di una ristutturata . la colazione molto scadente e povera.

Il prezzo Il riscaldamento era molto alto quasi non si respirava, la colazione era piuttosto scadente, lacamera era molto stretta perchè c'era anche un letto a castello nonostante avessimo chiesto una stanza per due persone; arredamento e bagno molto anni '60 un po' triste
