All of it first class, good staff, really made us feel welcome. We will return again.

Avenue is a very good new design hotel. It's in the old historic city centre and there's nothing negative.

Being in the old centre parking is a headache. You can park next to the hotel but you will feel guilty in driving 800mtr trough the pedestrian area. I found the price to high

Good breakfast food selection and variety. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location if you don't mind not being near the lakefront. Close to the heart of the shopping district. Short walks (5-15 minutes) to the Duomo and/or lakefront and/or train station.

Not quite what the pictures make it out to be, neither as elegant nor spacious as one might be led to believe. Wireless internet connections were very weak and often didn't work or had to be constantly "rebooted" leading to some frustration.

Great staff, great location!!! Great bathroom and shower. Clean and modern.

The floor in my room was cold... Breakfast should be included.

This little gem is tucked away in the little cobble streets of como. Surrounded by historic beauty, it was great to step into this little botique hotel that was do modern and stylish. The contrast made my trip. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful, I'm going back next year!

Convienient for all the city attractions,close to the lake. The room was nice with modern minimilistic furniture. Very friendly staff and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Expensive overnight car parking @ 18 euros.

Great location, close to shops, cafe's, bars, and restaurants. A short walk to the lake. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms with modern decor. Yummy breakfast included.

There was no parking available on the night we stayed. We were happy to pay, but it would have been nice if parking was included.

Both women at the reception were kind helpful and courteous. The room was clean., modern, spacious and just great Location excellent

The location is good.

We stay in the 2nd floor,so a little bit noisy.

The hotel is in the middle of the center of Como. It couldn't be better situated. You have to avoid the hotels with view on the lake since they are next to an heavy road. This is the perfect place to stay in Como. Staff was very nice and gave good tips. Use definitely the parking space that they provide, it's next to the hotel and costs 18€ for one night, you will park your car yourself there and fell safe for the night.

It's indeed not a 4 stars hotel like you would imagine it. We had the room for people with less mobility and the bathroom didn't smell really well.

Excellent hotel, right in the center of the city of Como, very clean, quiet and relaxing; wonderful staff, very helpful and respectful.

Small breakfast room and no lobby

Chic, modern and minimalistic design. Very reasonable price for the location. Nice and helpful staff.

We were in a corner room so could hear our two neighbors whenever they came and went. Soundproofing is not great.

nice bathroom design, good location. bed was decent though smaller than expected.

the hotel is fine but the rooms are small and they need better soundproofing. there is no carpeting in the rooms or the hall and my husband could not sleep because of the noise of guests returning from going out and noise of couples engaged in amourous activity. luckily i am a heavy sleeper. there was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, only shower gel. for one night that didn't matter, but for more than that it would be annoying.

Very attractive room with stylish modern bathroom

Front office was very helpful and welcoming. Very clean, new and comfortable stay near boutique shops. Good for a short stay to discover como. parking available.

Everything was pleasant.

Super clean, girls at reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with smoked salmon, variety of cheeses, cold cuts, bread, fruits, and omelets. 10 min walk to boat station and 15 min walk to funicular. Supermarket is 3 blocks away. Located right in the center but street is very quiet. If we ever come to Come again, definitely staying there.

It feels strange to have glass door in bathroom, but it was minor inconvenience for us:) Room feels a bit small for the money but nicely designed.

Rooms are too small - especially for a four star hotel - felt very cramped and confined

The hair dryer is a fire hazard

It's walking distance from the station ( but takes 15 mins) . It's not on the lake so no views. It's minimilistic but functional. Staff are very nice. It's clean and in good condition. There is free wifi which I liked. Breakfast was nice although I wanted to eat only fruits and cereals. They did encourage me to try a fresh omelette! It was nice.

Storage space may be an issue if you intend to come as a family and stay a bt longer.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast for 10 euros
