Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very close to bus stop. Hotel was quiet and in a safe area. For Rome prices it was tolerable. It is very old and run down. The furniture and carpet was dirty and worn. |

good large airy room with it's own fridge and good storage, unobtusive staff who were pretty helpfull tv was old so could not hook up my dvd player, pool was out of use and the shower, whilst good was very small indeed |

The hotel is in the closeness of the city of Rome and yet in the quite silent area. Maybe just a shower in the bathroom. It would be nice to do a bit renewal of it. It's door was partly broken and I would like to have the "mouvable pipe of the shower" - not fixed one on the ceiling... Because it is then easier to wash myself... |

the convenience to the city and the transport - metro and buses was excellent We had a few electrical items stolen from one of our rooms. We reported them to the hotel but they were not too pleased about it. |

The hotel was quiet but close to the bus to get places quickly and inexpensively. The desk staff, especially Jimmy were helpful and able to speak English and help with our questions. The breakfast room was clean and had a good variety. |

Since this is more a residence than a Hotel I liked the size of the room. A three persons room was actually a three persons room. The bus transportations in Rome. After waiting in the rain for an hour we decided not to use the busses. A Metro station can be found a kilometer away and that service was flawless. |

Good location, quiet, good brakefast. Missing water heater to make a tea, cofe, missing information in reception that automat to make cofe tea is below reception. Internet too expansive for our. Missing LAN connection. Missing iron for pressing cloth. Missing a glass cups. |
