Absolut Zentral; nur kurzer Fußweg (10-15 min.) vom Bahnhof entfernt; sehr ansprechende Gestaltung der öffentlich zugänglichen Räumlichkeiten (Gänge); kostenloser Internetzugang an 2 Geräten im Aufenthaltsraum; netter kleiner Innenhof; ausreichend großer Frühstücksraum für alle Gäste; familiäre Atmosphäre; Frühstück ist schon ab kurz nach 7 Uhr möglich; Hotelangestellte wirklich sehr freundlich; Bei Zimmern mit Lage zur Via Dei Calzaiuoli (4 Stück) kann man nachts die Fenster nicht geöffnet lassen -- Klimaanlage funktioniert aber gut; das Frühstücksangebot ist sicher etwas eingeschränkt; nach einem ausführlichen relativ späten Abendessen aber absolut ausreichend; um 8 Uhr ist der Kaffee sicher nicht mehr frisch und das Teewasser nicht mehr wirklich heiß (steht auf Warmhalteplatte) |

Central to everything staff all spoke very good english. Excellent breakfast choice. Good lounge and outdoor area. Would like a kettle in room. |

Staff at the Hotel Axial were pleasant and very helpful. My room was clean. The double-glazed windows helped to shut out the noise from outside. The price of the room was very reasonable considering that the hotel is centrally located. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone considering visiting Florence. |

This is a great little boutique hotel. It has an excellent location just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the Duomo in one direction and the Piazza della Signoria in the other. It has a nice lounge with magazines, art books and two computers with free internet access. The breakfasts were good. The staff were great - really went out of the way to be helpful. We highly recommend the Axial. Minor quibbles - our bed was firmer than we would prefer and the TV was a little small. |

It was a very clean room. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. You are also very close to everything. The Duomo is literally a one minute walk away! |

Very central location. Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Very helpful staff. Minor complaint - would be nice to have warm hard boiled eggs (instead of cold) for breakfast. |

The location is excellent . My room was spaciuos and clean (it seemed that it had been recently remodeled with handycap facilities added.) The breakfast was good.. Free internet use. The long corridor and lift to get to the hotel entrance. Very small space around the reception desk - hard to fit everyone when there's more than two people. Staff was very helful but very inexperient - it seemed that everyone was a novice in their fuction - with the exception of one young man. |

ドゥオモ至近で、観光のための立地としては最高です。設備も必要なものがコンパクトにまとまっており、部屋の広さも十分、価格からみたらいい内容だと思いました。 通り沿いの部屋でした。ダブルガラスの窓で、かなりの音は遮られていましたが、周りがうるさすぎるので、少し騒音が気になりました。 |

Le personnel est très compétent et extrêmement serviable. La situation de l'hôtel est également idéale, en plein centre. L'isolation des chambres laisse à désirer, tant vis-à-vis du bruit de la rue que du bruit provenant des chambres voisines (bouchons d'oreille quasi-obligatoires). |
