Friendly staff. Location ok. View from the room; quite dark. Dependance actually means an other hotel with a whole diffente kind of ambiance, which is a shame since the ambiance of Azzi is nice. |

The hotel is not reliable. We booked 3 double rooms (annexe) which is supposed to be on the 2nd floor of the same building. When we arrived, we were told that one of the rooms is not available because other guest has extended her stay for 1 night. The hotel staff offered us a replacement for the room in other hotel and said they'll pay for the taxi to get to the hotel. We refused because we as family want to stay close together. We're then given 2 rooms in the appartment building opposite the hotel, and 1 room in the hotel itself. The entrance to the appartment is dark and horrible. Eventhough, we're moved back to the hotel on the 2nd night. The experience staying in appartment building has ruined our stay. Bed is very uncomfortable |

Close to the train station Old, poorly maintained, pictures of terrace are misleading. Insufficient bathrooms, unwelcoming hotel staff. |

The staff was great, and they spoke English very well. The hotel had free WiFi - I'm not sure if it was Azzi's, but I was able to pick it up anyway! The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good. It was in a great location, too...close to the train station and close to all of the great things to do. No elevator - and we were on the 2nd floor - which is the 3rd floor in Europe! Bad reception on the TV. |

that they were willing to chnage our room when we asked on arrival as the initial room was not adequate. The web pictures and description were no way in kind a reflection of the first room we were designated. It felt like a run down basement that had a musty wooden smell, as if it hadn't been used for a while and when looking out the window we saw a pile of old building materials. |

Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. It was a great location too. The lady that did breakfast let them down a lot. There wasn't much to keep topped up but on 2 occasions we had to ask for milk (as the jug was almost empty) which seemed to meet with a scowl from her and she even said to my wife "you'll have to wait!". |

Location and value for money. Bathrooms were small and there was no shower curtain, just a hose in the wall. When you showered, everything was soaked! |

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, good location, fairly central. The bathroom stank, horribly! Air conditioning didn't work and in the middle of summer it made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. |

This hotel is very charming and right in the heart of Florence making it easy to find and central to restaurants, shopping and sights. The shower...no pressure. |

Basically, it's good in location, rate, helpful staff, comfortable environment. I stayed there for two nights. For some unknown reason, they forgot to make the wake-up call as what I claimed. |

Lovely, quiet, clean. Very spacious, large bathroom (especially by European standards) with an excellent shower. The most eco-friendly hotel we stayed at. Having no towel racks in bathroom was awkward. Somewhat confusing checkout system as there technically are many hotels in the same building and the desk we checked in at (late at night) was not where we had to check out. Neither were a big issue. |

I was very pleased with the greeting from the front desk when we arrived. They were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. Most of all, I loved our room. It was big, bright with windows looking out onto a court-yard. |

Yes I would but book only a 2 person room Only that id you book a 3 person room then it should have a proper bed for the 3rd person and not ask him to sleep on the sofa by covering a sheet on it |

Amazing value for the traveler on a budget. We had a party of 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children. It was within walking distance to the train/bus station (200 ~ 300 meters) The staff was polite and catered to our needs promptly. The rooms had a very antique look to them, but were comfortable. Night time was quiet. The beds weren't 5-star quality beds. Pillows were flat. There wasn't a proper bathtub. The shower was a showerhead and a drain in the floor. |
