Great value, close to the airport. Super ocean view, and many rooms have large balconies overlooking ocean. Staff not particularly helpful to resolve minor problems. Free wireless internet a plus. Nice included breakfast. Overall very good. |

My daughter and I needed a hotel that was close to the airport and to Palermo for just one night as we were flying back to NY the next day. I paid 150 euros to be transported to and from the hotel to Palermo and Monreale to the cathedral. There was no public transportation easily accessible. If I had known the hotel was so far from the city, I never would have stayed there. I should have looked more closely at the location. We were just there to sleep...however, the staff was very friendly and the 5:30 AM shuttle to the airport was on time. |

I arrived very early, 8am , and as my room was ready I was given the use of it immediately. I was also able to purchase a breakfast, very good start. I could come and go at will, and lift facility was good. Close to airport and also close to beach and sea.English spoken too. 1. Dusty room floor, and 2. cost of getting to airport from hotel, there was no alternative and cost 30 Euros from hotel with their shuttle, however cost of taxi was 40 Euros from airport to hotel, it was very close and cost was excessive. |

The staff were extremely helpful especially when we missed the train station and they organised a taxi for us with no fuss. Lovely balcony with sea view. The planes flying into Palermo airport were a bit low and frequent for part of the day, but we had asked for a hotel near the airport so can't complain. |

Very good location next to the beach. Lovely large terrace to relax and get sun during the day and at night turns into a fine restaurant location. |

The staff of the hotel was trully friendly and helpful and was always ready to help with any questions. Dinner in the hotel is of a high class cuisine although you can't say the same about breakfast. Really close to the airport, not far from Cinisi, Terasini Make breakfast more various and tasty. The shower cabin is too small and needs to be changed for a bigger one |

24-Hour desk, breakfast very early (we left 4.30 A.M. and could have some light breakfast). Wonderfull restaurant with sunset from terrace and nice anti-pasta and primi. Very nice and relaxed beach in front of hotel. Very expensive transfer-shuttle to airport 30 eur, but cheaper than airport taxi (40 eur), which is a rip-off. A lot of noise at night from the road just outside the window. |

The main reason we chose it was proximity to the airport. However we thought that the taxi fare to the airport was surprisingly high (35 euros) relative to the distance/time and poor value for money. We stayed on 2 separate occasions. Both rooms had balconies overlooking the ocean, the first room had an extremely tiny shower, the second was better with a bath and shower. On the second visit the private beach was littered with rubbish which was rather off-putting. However we did find a really good restaurant in the town with a view of the water and small marina. |

Run was clean. Staff was generally helpful and spoke English well enough. Lobby was very nice. Parking was easily available. Easy access to beach. Smoky stairwells. A little odor in the lobby. No access to internet, had to rent an old laptop for 7 Euro for one hour. |

The runny of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet well stocked. The staff friendly, helpful. A special thank to Fransesca. Beautifully situated near the marina. We sincerely regret that the restaurant was closed. The choice around this hotel is very limited. Their website showed a nice restaurant setting and menu. |

We stayed at this hotel to be near the airport for our late night flight arrival into Palermo and our early flight out in the morning. The taxi fare from the airport to travel the 7-8 kilometre (10 minutes) journey to the hotel was €40, and €30 to the airport using the hotel shuttle bus. |

Very close to Hotel Florio (about 200 meters) so when you decide the standard here is too low even for your dog you don't have far to go to a quality residence. Very funny - The 20 cent bottle opener tied on a piece of string to a screw in the chipwood mini bar cabinet is hilarious, also the pictures on the walls are actually City Advertisements in a 1 dollar frame. PrePaid + No cancellations means they give you the worst room and then shake you down for an extra 50% for a slightly better room, we decided to forfit all of our money and leave the hotel so we could enjoy our vacation elsewhere in comfort (Hotel Florio****). |

Very friendly family run hotel. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and got lots of sun on it during the middle of the day. Approx 500m to town on a fairly flat road so an easy walk. To me the beds were a bit hard but that is always a personal preference |

The balconies over looking the marina. We missed our flight a couple of days earlier & we were made pay for the night we weren't able to stay. We were disappointed that we had to pay for the entire accommodation that we booked considering there were circumstances beyond our control. |

The hotel was very convenient to the Palermo airport. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Lobby areas were very airy and comfortable. Parking was free and located on the property. The bed was a little low and the blanket very old. Our room was at the front of the hotel so we were subjected to a lot of noise from Saturday night revelers on the street outside. |

Convenient for airport (main reason for our overnight stay), clean room, helpful multi-lingual staff, nice lobby and restaurant environment, on-site parking. Noisy room because of street outside and hard floors throughout hotel that echo noise. |
