Nice hotel in the middle of busy small town. Frendly staff, good swimming pool, quite It is in the middle of nowhere, far from the beach, far from shopping, nothing to do in the town, no bus service to Palermo, beachy, airport. Expencive restorant, Brekfast - nothing almost. |

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Very nice pool. Very convenient location for Palermo airport and access to the motorway. The bed was very noisy. |

The hotel was well-appointed and comfortable. The staff were generally very helpful. Internet access was free and when we were there and the hotel was not full access was easy. The swimming pool is good and the surroundings are beautiful. It is close to the bus stop giving easy access from Palermo by public transport. We had a very good price deal. We needed an early breakfast and the full range of items was made avaialbl etoo late for us. The charge for transport to the airport (€25) was high for a short journey. |

The price was good. The hotel was listed as having a shuttle. However, it could not be used unless it was booked in advance, and it cost 25 euro one way. The food in the restaurant was poor. |

Hotel is in a very nice setting, has a big pool and patio area, and friendly staff. Also internet was available for no charge which was very helpful. Hotel is not located near anything so you are pretty isolated. Bed squeaked and bathroom shower was difficult to use since it was a tub with a flimsy plastic bifolding door to keep water in. It did not work well. |

The close proximity to Palermo Airport and the common areas on the ground floor looked inviting and comfortable. The bedrooms were shabby, tatty, the airconditioning wasn't working. The breakfast was very poor, the tea had been stewing for some time with a greasy film on it, there was not enough choice of food. |

the hotel is near the airport enything else was horrible. the bathroom door was broken, the airconditionier was not workink, toilet was leaking, the bed uncomfortable. the window can not be closed and etc. |

The pool was nice, but that pretty wel sums it up. Everything else was completely sealed off during the day (evidently not an exception to this place's usual routine, but not what you'd expect from an alledged three star facility). Extremely run down place, bordering shabby. But okay, if you just need one night close to the airport. |

staff were friendly and helpful. A squall broke out during our stay and I was hit by an umbrella by the swimming pool and knocked to the ground. There were no staff around and 2 gentleman who had seen what happened came to my rescue and while I seemed ok at the tme I have suffered headaches and bruising since my return. I think that the staff at the hotel should have been on hand. |
