The breakfast was fantastic.
The motel room was a bit shabby. I think the main hotel would have been better.
It was clean
The location is terrible. I found the staff to be incredibly dishonest and they lied about taxi fares so you would take their shuttle, about the train, and they ripped me off for a nights stay and wouldn't rectify the problem despite my protest. Terrible all around,
Staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel is world class.
The telephone charges
The cleaning staff were excellent
Location Dishonest staff and establishment Way too difficult to get into the city They lie about taxi fares to get you to use their very, very expensive shuttle service. There is nothing to do in or near the hotel
Fantastic staff Really reasonably priced shuttle to Monza circuit Great bar
Restaurant not brilliant
Fresh feeling. Nice technical features.
Very hard beds
Nice hotel, contemporary style, good bar and restaurant. The quality of the food in the restaurant was excellent. Car parking included in room rate
The breakfast is not as good as it could be My room, No. 125 has obviously had some recent repairs to the bathroom and the plasterwork in the main room had not been put back to its original good state. The main shower was not working (hand held shower was working)
Well appointed hotel with good facilities
Staff etc were very accommodating. They were very busy probably because of the fair. All in all very good.
No gym. No ironing board.
nice hotel for business peopel
have some one speak English
Easy free underground parking. Very good breakfast buffet. Hi-tech bedroom controls.
Hotel did not follow its environmental policy on the re-use of towels.
The breakfast was good.
I thought turning the light switch off and on was very complicated. it was a very difficult to use button and switch. Also during the breakfast the eggs were wet for some reason. I like them dry.
Average hotel, I think that the "modern" idea of the hotel looks nice at first, but it's not so handy. See below
- Bed is not comfortable at all - big beds, but not nice beds, sheets are not nice either. - Music in the entire corridor. Why in hell the music is so loud that I could hear it from the bed at 11pm. In more than one occasion I had to call reception to turn it off. They were OK to my request (in the Italian way, not apologising). - Funky buttons to turn lights on and off. It looks nice at first view. but not very functional. If you have stayed in the CitizenM you know what talking about. (They know how to do it). In summary the hotel let me down and I would not stay there again. First of all the bed needs to be top notch.
The friendly kind staff. The free snacks at the bar in an evening
The wifi is very poor. Just a feedback comment, I think the hotel would benefit from a sauna and steam room as the hotel is a great location and from I have seen since I stayed there is a lot of business people so it would be nice to relax and unwind.
Nice, modern, clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast.
Room was too hot. No AC during winter time. Loud music playing in hallway. Little far from Milan centre, 30 min by car, 45 min by public transport/train.
The restaurant and bar
The room in the motel-part, that was dark and outdated. The name lovhotel is in my opinion a bit suggestive
