B&B 2012

Soluzione ideale per soggiornare nell'assoluto comfort a due passi dalla fermata metro della Tiburtina, da cui si raggiunge agevolmente ogni punto di Roma. Lo consiglio..e spero di tornarci presto.

Raggiungere e trovare il b&b non è stato semplice

Appartamento all'ottavo piano con ascensore Ambiente essenziale pulito pareti bianche e pavimenti di colore legno chiaro con motivi lignei di recente apertura Cucina e camera grandi e luminose con finestre e porte finestre che danno su un balcone che corre lungo tutto il perimetro della casa.Bagno ampio e pulito.Personale gentile accogliente e prodigo di informazioni .Anche se un pò decentrato è servito da bus frequenti e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Tiburtina e dalla stazione del metrò omonima

Quartiere anonimo anni 60 privo di interesse

Ottima stanza, grande, luminosa. Bagno nuovo, ben attrezzato e pulitissimo.

Gestione del cliente un pò "arrangiata", vista l'assenza forzata del titolare, ninete di eclatante comunque.

The B&B was recently refurbished so it was spotless. The breakfast was plain but good enough (coffee, juice, toasts, sweets). El B&B estaba recien reformado con lo cual estaba todo impoluto. El desayuno aunque escueto no estaba mal (cafe, zumo, tostadas, bolleria).

Starting with the owner of the hotel who was very rude from the beginning through the absence of professionalism of the housekeeper. I will explain what happened to me and my boyfriend to anyone who wants to be aware in advance. The same day of the check-in we received an sms asking what time we were going to arrive (we thought it was a nice detail and we did not know that he had an intention with it because he did not specified). Once in Rome we got lost and had no way to find the bus stop that we were recommended to take. At the end we decided to walk and we finished in another B&B by mistake. When we finally arrived to the New B&B 2012 we saw that it was just a floor in a building, which you do not see from the main door that is a hotel. When we knocked (21h) there was no one, so when I wanted to take the mobile to call the owner we saw two sms telling us that he was going to have dinner and he would return at 22h and the second sms saying that finally he would come at 23h. We urgently called him because we did not want to wait in the street two hours. Our surprise was when the owner came and began to argue straight away with us asking why we arrived so late and accusing us to go for dinner while he was waiting in the hotel. If you make the booking you will see that is not requested to tell them what time you are going to arrive and that there is not reception. The only thing that says is that the reception is open until 22h. So after that he just gave us the keys and told us that the check-in was going to be the next day because he did not have time. The next day he apologized, which honestly it wasn't enough for me. Moreover, there is an instruction sheet in the room where is said that cleaning is done every 3 days. Since we were going to stay only 3 nights we understood that the room would not be cleaned. In the third day when we were going to start a day of tourism the owner told us that they were going to clean the room.

There was really friendly and kind guy Alessandro. While we were staying there, he was always trying to help us providing useful information for getting more convenient ways to explore the city. Also there was a little WiFi problem with our remote room but Alessandro sorted it out pretty quickly. Nice long balcony, but it would be great to have a few chairs there. Only 10 minutes walking to Tiburtina subway station. We had no problem with paying by plastic card (Mastercard). Nice minimalist design. The supermarket is nearby, should you need any stuff.

It was the real challenging task to tune the warm water in. It always too hot or too cold. You should have been born as a jeweller if you want to deal with such faucets. You have the kitchen, but it doesn't allowed to use it (only refrigerator). Tiburtina street is being repaired (or smth.) at the moment and the noise from workers is quite loud, especially for morning time.

The accommodations were nice and clean. Very friendly and very helpful in getting us all the information we needed to get around the city...what to see...how to get where we wanted to go...how to get public transport passes. The price was great for what we got...nice bathroom/good bed/good breakfast/good conversation. We would use B&B 2012 again and recommend it to all our friends. We should have taken the taxi offered by B&B 2012...best price from Fiumicino 40 euro...Ciampino 25 euro and it gets you directly to the hotel. The only better deal would be to take public transport but at the time we arrived it was too late so we got a taxi for 70 euro.

The room was just renovated so it was quite bare. Would be nice to have a stand to put suitcases on or at least night stands next to the bed. (The room had a very comfortable bed/large closet and desk.) The B&B is a bit difficult to find the first time so I would recommend taking the transportation offered by B&B 2012 when you first arrive. It's a very good offer and delivers you right to their door.

Clean, spacious room&bathroom, nice breakfast, convenient location with easy access to the city center.

A bit difficult to find, coming from Tiburtina metro station. There are a couple of essential things missing from the room: bed-side tables, a shelf to put shower-gel and shampoo in the shower and...toilet-roll holder!!! Also, this was the only hotel or B&B I ever stayed where the bed sheets were not ironed, they were just put on the bed as they came from the washing machine. The fridge in the breakfast area, containing the juice and yoghurt for breakfast, was locked with a huge chain and lock!!!!!!The tourists were unable to keep their own fruit or drinks in there, because the owners were afraid people would steal the yoghurt!!!! Last but not least, each room has a printed list of rules, that sound more like threats: a 500 EUR charge if you lose the front door key, a 6 to 12 EUR charge if they can't remove stains from towels used by tourists etc. All these amounts of money are said to be deducted straight from your credit card after you leave.

This place was a great choice! My room was clean and bright, the bed was comfortable. I spent 4 nights, and after the second night my room was cleaned and I was given new towels. The breakfast and the coffee are delicious. The owners are really-really nice and helpful. I was given clear instructions on how to get there and the lady greeted me in front of the building. But the best was when I was offered their own camera since I had forgotten to take the charger for my camera! Next time I'm in Rome I will definitely book with them!

The room is super big, clean and modern. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. I would return here if I come to Roma again.
