I think this new place has something to learn about hospitality. The front door opens only halfway, perhaps a signal of what to expect. There are no on- site staff. You must call ahead to have someone to let you in. I did not have a phone, so could not get in the first night I reserved. Nonetheless, I was charged for that night. Read the fine print on their check-in requirements, and communicate what time you will be there or don't expect to get in. Also, the lodging is on the third floor, so expect to haul your luggage up.
very clean, everything seems brand new. Breakfast coffee to order. Close to train and bus connections, and the bus ARST regional bus info and tickets are right around the corner at Cafe Adele. Self-service laudromat less than a block away.
