The place is very nice and clean. An antic Building near Pisa Tower (just 3-5mins. walk). We booked this place because of the parking,i think we paid 5€/day since parking is hard to find within the area and mostly prohibited. The room is nice and clean with an antic painting in the ceiling. The breakfast is good but they don't serve warm food like hard-boiled egg, bacon or bread, but it was fine for us since we just stayed there overnight and it's actually operated by a very nice and friendly old man owner,so we understood that it maybe too much work for him if he will do warm food breakfast for the guest. This place is good for an overnight stay if you're planning a side trip,on the way to Elba.

Mr Franco , the most humble and kind person. He makes you feel at home. He helps you in planning your travel and provides you with every detail you need. He speaks very good english which is really relieving. I would recommend this palce as is jus 5 min walk from the tower and 10 min from the station and other imp places. Just loved my stay here. Thank you Mr Franco

In a quiet street but close to tower, duomo and cafes etc. Franco very nice - a real old gentleman. I had a shared bathroom that was big and clean. Rooms a good size - mine had 2 beds. Breakfast OK - yoghurt, cereal, bread etc. Good coffee and twinings tea. 100 year old paintings on ceilings. I loved the atmosphere. Garden to sit in - not great but at least it was there. In process of doing up. Child friendly - family with children were there

Difficult to find - even locals couldn't help me. But really it's simple from the tower so maybe my fault.

This is a beautiful old house with an attentive proprietor and a lovely atmosphere. It is also just a 5 minute-walk from the centre of town.

There doesn't seem to be much sound insulation between the rooms, but I don't think there is much to be done about that. Guests should not expect a luxury breakfast but it is very adequate.

The location was excellent and Franco was extremely helpful with transport arrangements and in making sure our stay was comfortable.

Although the rooms were comfortable and clean, they smelt a little musty.

The room and garden were beautiful. Access to the garden right from the room was great for our two year old energy bomb. The room in which breakfast was served and the hall were also designed in a lovely antique style. The location was absolutely great and I would certainly stay there again when returning to Pisa.

Entry with a car was difficult, hard to navigate the one way streets and confusing instructions. However the private parking offered on site was a life saver and very cheep. Breakfast was a little basic but fine.
