Bed too soft and warm. Kitchen equipment and utensils incomplete.

Good Location, for dinner you should go to Piazza Santo Spirito (approx. 10 min. walking) with many nice Restaurants. To the historic centre it's only a short 10-15 minutes walk along the Arno river. Breakfast was in the coffee shop next door, if you don't like sweet things only for breakfast, just ask what Sandwiches are included in the voucher, I got a tomato mozzarella panino as well one day but choose the Croissants/pastries the other days as there were delicious. At night, it was very quiet. The Windows are great and really soundproof.

    - Marco, the owner of the BnB, is really nice and helpful. He helped us print tickets and kept our luggage safe even after checkout. - Breakfast is served at a nearby cafe. 2 sweets and coffee/tea. Adequate and excellent! - Location is a little away from the touristic places so that you can get a good nights sleep. But not too far, so you can easily walk to the city center.

    - WiFi was a little weak in our room but definitely okay to check mails, etc.

It's a room with surprisingly high quality with a good price. Very clean. I was impressed by its decoration, use of space and well-functioning facilities, especially a super good WiFi. There are also air-conditioning, microwave and refrigerator. Perfect for young couple for simple sweet days with family feeling. The host Marco is very very friendly. He has a wonderfully sunny energy and is very helpful. He gave us detail suggestions and guide about how to tour around Florence with a free map. When we need hot water for tea, Marco lent us an electric pot a few minutes after we asked. The breakfast at a place of 1-minute walking distance from the B&B is simple but good quality----especially the coffee is very good. The area is good. Quiet and peaceful. Good to stay a bit away from the busy tourist area but still can get access to those tourist spots in 15-20mins by walking. It is close to the train station, also just around 15-20mins walk and it is not difficult to find the route. It is also good that by bus 13 or bus 6 you will get to train station easily. It will definitely my first choice next year when I get back to Florence. It is also good that the luggages can be temporally stored in the reception office after check-out.

Nothing actually. Would be even better if the check-out time is at least 11am instead of 10am so the last morning can be more relaxing but I understand the B&B may need time to tidy up and prepare the room for the next visitors. So it is not a complaint but just a wish.

Wondrrful place, warm hosting, very close to a big super market which allowed us to get everything we needed. The room was big and comfortable, well furnished and looked new and neat. Including a great kitchen for self cooking. The best place we got in Italy- Most reccomended!

Marco, the owner has been extremely helpful and accommodating even before we arrived. Coming to Florence from half way round the globe made me asked him a long list of questions over a couple of emails. He was detailed in all answers, I felt I picked the right B&B. My hunch was proven right throughout our stay of 5 nights. Love the service, ambience and Marco's personal touch to everything. The rooms are spotless and new. He shared inexpensive food outlets, gelato shops and key tourist spots too. You don't have to plan much as a local like him knows best! I definitely recommend this B&B!

Not so much of dislike but it would be nice to equip the kitchen a bit more so we can cook comfortably; ie having a cutting board, more glasses to share among the rooms, oven toaster, microwave oven.

Very basic standard, no cleaning over two days stay, bed made up of two beds, old lighting, bad smell etc...

Everything was excellent. For us it was the best place we stayed at when in Italy. Marco, the owner of the guest house, is super great :)))))

Marco was a wonderful host. He recommended great local, value for money restaurants. Also was very helpful with pointing out the best ways to get to the different sights in Florence. The café for breakfast, across the road from the B & B, was fantastic (good coffee and pastries).

Very convenient location, friendly, welcoming host, who speaks English. Delicious breakfast in a cafe round the corner, relatively good parking opportunities compared to generał situation in Florence.

Marco was a great host, he received us and explain us to the detail what to do and how to get around in the wonderful city of Florence. The rooms were big, comfortable and really nice.

The place is a little far from the historic center, but just like 20 minutes walking. And I think even that worked out for the best since we were able to see part of the regular life of the city and its neighbors

this place has great location, it's close to the area of busy night life and close to the city center but at the same time the street is off the busiest part making it able to relax. the owner will show you the best places to go.

Very nice place, the breakfast was also good - in the coffee shop nearby.

The twin room was dark with grey coverings - looks depresive. Also there was a strange smell, may be from some indian sticks in a small vase, but it was in a niche very high, so I can't be sure. But for me this smell was very unpleasant. Also a litle bit far from the city centre.

Very convenient, quiet and clean. The owner very helpful.

The lamp in our room (green) was very old and ugly. Only one garbage container (in the bathroom) and very small.

To all attractions around 20 minute walk, quiet pleasant area. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, good shower. There is a shared kitchen, but near many inexpensive tasty restaurants. Special thanks to Marco for his help and hospitality.

The staff - Marco was very friendly and helpful. He gave all the information one needs for the stay in the city. The room was good, comfortable and clean. There is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The location is nice - just a quarter of an hour walk from the Pitti Palace, Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes more to the centre with all the landmarks. One gets cards for breakfast in a cafe some 100 metres from the hotel. You can choose 2 croissants from a dozen, coffee or tea. Marco recommends a few very nice and cheap restaurants in the area.

Marco, the owner, is the most amazing host. Ask him anything and he'll give you loads of suggestions on where to go, what to eat, etc.. The location is also great, sufficiently close to the historic centre to be able to reach it on foot and sufficiently far to get the real Italian neighbourhood experience. The room was spotless, basic, but with everything that you need to be comfortable.
