Casanova ai Tolentini is a simple and informal solution in the center of Venice. We are at the entrance to Venice, 5 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station, in the Dorsoduro neighborhood. It is the ideal place to start the visit of the city without having your luggage in town. The property has two entrances to access the room, located on the same building. One is located to the house number 3518, and one on the other side to the house number 3515. To find us on Google Maps: 45°26'12.6"N 12°19'15.4"E IMPORTANT: the property is fully automated, you must complete the online check-in, following the instructions that will be sent to you at the time of booking. When check in has been completed, you will be provided with the instructions and the code to get to the room. In our accommodation we don't have reception and staff, for this reason you have to check in online. You 'll only be able to enter via a code.

Our property is in a tactical position to visit Venice. We are at the gates of the city, which is why it is easily accessible from the S. Lucia and P. Roma, in case you arrive by car. The area is slightly decentralised from the chaos of the hot areas of the city, such as Rialto and San Marco, but at the same time easily accessible with a nice walk. In the immediate vicinity you can find supermarket, atm, many bars, pastry shops, restaurants and the typical Venetian bacari.
