The location was fab, quiet but only a short drive to lake garda. Kettle and Teas provided in room, hand soap etc. The breakfast was amazing - homemade cakes, scrambled egg with ham was delicious, coffee, tea, Juice, cereal, ham toasties - loads of deliciousness, my only regret is not being able to do it all justice.
