Breakfast consists of vouchers at a very nice coffe shop located opposite the flat building. They serve very good pastries and coffee there :) The rooms were very big and the bathroom well equipped. Everything in perfect working condition and clean.
The flat itself was pretty big although we were not given access to the kitchen. That was a bit odd since we only wanted to keep some food in the fridge. People we dealt with did not speak very good English, which is kinda expected in Italy.
The room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean as well. Location is great and also the Cafe downstairs for the breakfast is amazing. It is called Vittorini and makes amazing pastries.
There is a young man who lives permanently in another room, which is not really a problem, but it was not clear what things in the kitchen we could use or what belonged to him, so maybe a bit more clarity in that aspect would have been nice.
It was a clean room in a nice neighborhood
The staff was not helpful during any point. You can not check in until 5 pm (or even leave your luggage earlier). The next day we were asked to leave at 9:30...even earlier than what it said online. It is not worth the money to stay in this B&B when you can't even be there for that long. In addition, we did not recieve any water or chocolate like it said in the description. There were no buses available (according to staff) for us to take into the center so we had to walk (over 25 minutes). Do not stay here if you are (1) only planning on staying for one night or (2) want to be close to the city.
Simone was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the fact that there was A/C in the room. The place was very clean. We had a fantastic breakfast at the bar-pasticceria across the street. People are nice there and are happy to accommodate your needs. Walking to downtown wasn't that bad.
The check-in time is at 5pm, too late in my opinion, especially considering that guests have to leave the room at 10am. 7 hours to clean two bedrooms and one bathroom is plenty. There was no trash can in the bedroom, we had to go to the bathroom every time we needed to throw away something, which was annoying because the bathroom is shared. The bathroom door was extremely noisy. It takes so little to fix that. There's a note on the wall saying that guests are not allowed to spend their day in the bedroom. The place is only for "transit": sleep and leave. I find this rule inappropriate and unfriendly. Especially for the price.
