We arrived early as our excursion starts at 11.30 am. We wanted to leave our luggage and be on time for the exersion. There was no one at premises when we arrived. The front door was locked. I called the owner and said that we arrived and waiting at the front door. She said that she come in 30 min. She did not come. Sometime later man on the bike arrived and said that Kristina will come at 11am. She did not come at 11am . I called again but nobody picked up the phone. We stressed out and were concerned that we are late to the excursion that we booked in advance. We ended up going to the exersion with our luggage. :-( Eventuality we checked in. The place was terrible. Dark, with noisy air condition. The most important is the lack of hospitality provided by the host Kristina. The owner Kristina said that she'll come at 11am. She did not come at 11am. I called the owner again, and again. She did not pick up the phone. We was stressed feeling that we will be late to our execr
Maria the owner is a wonderful person. She will do her best to make you feel welcome. The location is very near the Duomo, and most of the amazing neighbourhoods. SMN station is with in 10 min walking distance.
shower stall is way to small in room number 2. I'm 5'9" and 180 lbs and barely fit. No lift
The location is central and everything is within walking distance to Duomo etc. staff on arrival kept us waiting for 45 minutes before meeting us. There are 60 stairs up to the apartment and it is for the young and fit, especially if you have a lot of luggage! Breakfast very poor just a coffee and croissant.
The breakfast was very poor and I would not recommend it for a mature aged couple.
The charming decor, convenience to all the sites and the wonderful hospitality of our hosts. The fabulous Italian breakfast.
Very convenient for the city of florence.Very clean.Polite and kind owners.comfortable.A good breakfast, continental style.Free Wifi
Nothing at all.
Fantastic location and hospitality, wish we had more time there! The bed was the most comfy of all in 2.5 weeks in Italy.
The woman who greeted us, showed us to our room, and served breakfast was very kind and friendly. It was our anniversary, so a complimentary bottle of Prosecco was waiting for us in our room! The room was a good size, and the AC worked very well (it was HOT outside!).
The bed was two twins pushed together and was therefore WAY too short for my tall husband. The shower was one of the tiniest we have ever been in!
Near to rail station an all most known attractions. Adorable staff. Not a luxurious place but fair prices, very clean and enough for resting your tired feet from walking around in this fabulous city.
3rd floor without lift, but it's written in the description.
