Location, friendliness of the staffs
Poor Wifi connection
The location very close to the Colosseum, Termini railway station and other attractions was great. Very good value for money, wi-fi was excellent, room was quiet and comfortable. Would recommend it as a good base for seeing Rome.
Was in a more seedy part of town but the property requires three keys to enter your room so safety isn't an issue.
Room was a good size The Air Conditioning was fantastic Beds and Pillows were comfy Convenient Location Great Hostel once indoors
The area was a bit sketchy and didn't feel safe at night (Lot's of Indian shops and food, didn't expect that in Rome) Hot water wasn't consistent (sometimes cold patches of water)
Excellent staff and service, the rooms are clean and cosy and are a nice surprise compared to the surrounding area. It's also very close to an underground station so convenient in terms of travel.
The area was slightly dodgy. Also be prepared for very weak wifi. That's about it.
The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff, they gave us a lot of information about the landmarks. Great location 1 min walk from busstop and metro. It's located in the Indian and Chinese neighbourhood. There is also a few restaurants near the hotel with reasonable price and no service charge compared the restaurants near the tourist hotspots. Great for dinners after a lon day of sightseeing!
We got a fan instead of air conditioning as stated on the website. We went in July so it was around 30 degrees celsius and we were expecting air conditioning.
Nice and clean place, very fresh smell in reception and in room. Large and comfortable bed, fan available if necessary and lovely ensuite shower room. Staff speaks English and Italian, very helpful and courteous. Very close to Termini Station.
Clean, good breakfast, helpful staff
The part of town near Termini is not the best part of town, but it's a good value. Radisson is only three blocks away.
Helpfulness of staff
It was very hard to find the entrance-no sign at the door! Thought we had come to the wrong place. Room was much smaller than in the pictures.
We stayed in a few hotels in the same area over a week or so and this was the cheapest but also the best. Only one which had its own bathroom, free wifi, Everywhere else was so noisy ALL NIGHT, but this one was really really quiet. And like I said this one was the cheapest but best of 3. Staff were lovely, room was clean, good location near to train station.
Location may be a bit unsafe for single or young people at night. Dodgy area and even as a couple we were very wary.
Great location Nice welcoming owner (he even got us flowers in the room knowing that my mom had a birthday) Clean neat room, private shower Good stable WiFi
Luggage storage costs extra 3 EUR/piece, something that I had never seen traveling around the world...
The "classy" cheetah blankets, shower curtain falling off, free turtle included and being allowed to leave... alive.
Place felt very unprofessional. Barely any English was spoken and it seemed like it could just be someones flat, only thing which gave you security was that it was on booking.com. One night we had a VERY weird experience and feared for ourselves. Lets just say we found a turtle in the "common" bathroom bathtub, heard noises from his bedroom, etc. The windows are barred and you cannot escape but as it turns out, we did not need to. Maybe we got it at a bad time but if you're looking for a nice, professional holiday to Rome, this is not the place.
clean room, close to termini station
wifi very poor .
Great value for money, clean, comfortable room, silent. Staff very supportive. Less than 50 meters from metro A, excellent connection to visit town.
The area isn't the best in town, but this is a great cheap choice to visit Rome.
Proximity to the Colosseum, hosts, comfort and privacy of rooms, cleanliness of rooms
Unreliable wi-fi, immediate neighborhood felt a bit sketchy
close to metro
The room smelled as if someone had smoked in our room just before we walked in! I pointed this out and the assistant sprayed (!!) his own perfume in our room! He told us if we wanted to have our towels changed to put the towels near the door- I did and to my shock those exact same towels without being cleaned and still wet (!) put back!
Great location, 15 min walk from Colosseum, 2 min from metro station. Very nice, helpful and professional service. Thank you, Thomas :)
Very poor wifi. Sometimes only chill water in the shower.
Value for money, but very strange place.
we lived in separate rooms outside the main hotel, there was no sign with name of the hotel on the building and it was very scary to live there, we were not sure it was a legal place.
Good location, nice bathroom, very close to termini and metro station
Everything was fine, it is near metro and Termini. Thomas and his wife are very helpful. The hotel is very clean. I definitely suggest.
Very good location - 10 mins walk from Termini station, 15 mins walk from Colosseo, metro station just behind the corner. Lovely staff. Not speaking English very well but they still were helpful - providing us with map and tips. Breakfast in bed at the time agreed every day on time! Comfy beds (I have back issues so I can really appreciate it!)
The area doesn't seem very safe but we had no problems walking around even in the evening.
-excellent location to visit Rome, next to a metro station and close by colloseum (15min walk) -wifi is OK -staff is very friendly
the room we got was small, this was not what we saw on the pictures. but when we checked out, the staff said we got the smallest room because they were fully booked and we will get a bigger room next time...
50m from nearest metro station. Flexible and friendly staff. Easy to find. Close to main train station. but great value for mobey. Couldn't be better. Will use it again if returning to Rome.
The neighbourhod might be a little shady after hours (past 10pm). Ethnically colourful.
great room and very friendly people. I very much recomended:)
Staff was very kind, bathroom was big enough, location very close to termini station and historical centre..
wifi was poor
The staff was a one man show. He was great and very accommodating and hard working. He brought us breakfast whenever requested and worked hard to make sure we were always comfortable. He even woke up at 5am to bring us to the airport on the date of our departure.
My bed was hard.. but my friends had comfortable beds. That's my only complaint.
