The room was never cleaned while we were there over four days, although on request and for extra money they would have changed the bed and linens. The sheets were so worn, they had pilled. The breakfast was adequate, pastries, yoghurt, tea, fruit, coffee, and a plate of sliced cheese from the grocery store. Our computers could not see the internet, so we had to use our phone access while there. And one definitely needs a car if you stay there. We took the bus, which was fine most days we were there because it was sunny and we did not go out to dinner. The walk to the bus stop is 1/2 mile and treacherous. I would not do it in the dark.
La Flora is a comfortable, but out of the way place about 5 km outside of Siena. The room was spacious, with a nice size bathroom, but because it was on the road, it could be quite noisy. Fortunately, it was autumn and cool so we did not need to leave the windows open. The proprietors are a young couple-- very nice although they, too, were gone all day at other jobs.
