Friendly staff, Civita is an amazing place to visit, the room was cozy and nice.
Exceptional hospitality shown by hostess. Breakfast was amazing and certainly set us up for another day of exploring beautiful Umbria. Certainly be telling friends and family to stay.
Breakfast was very nice and the hosts very kind
Warm, friendly and caring inn keeper Chessarina
Everything was the best.
Nothing to complain about, not even one little thing.
Close to centre
Verry noisy room. At 4 am it starts with street cleaners, then garbage pick up then supplies for the restaurant . They refused to change a 5 Euro bill into coins for the parking meter ( although they had coins in the restaurant) You can count on an aditional cost of 14 € per day for parking.
Spacious room and bathroom. Location very close to funicular. We like their bath towels. Breakfast was wonderful. Owners were very welcoming and pleasant.
It is located at the end of the main street/attraction of the town. The staff is really helpful and friendly.
The windows open to the night life of the town. The shower had no doors, everyting was soaking wet after we finished showering. The staff hardly spoke any English. We had to park in a street about a hundred meters away.
Every thing is perfect
Owner was terrific, doing her best to insure a good overnight stay.
Room too cramped with furniture, much street noise. Location was not the same as depicted on the web map when the room was reserved, or I would not have chosen this B&B for convenient location. Wi-Fi did not work.
Convenient to get to from funicular Local bus to Civita handy Resturants, shopping and Dumo easy walking distance. Room small but adequate.
No outstanding view. Bathroom shower not fully enclosed Hostess friendly but soiled clothes both days.
We loved this place!! We loved the little Italian lady who ran the place. Great room above street level with floor to ceiling windows with shutters to open. Huge bathroom.
AMAZING Breakfast! Loved our host! We had a little bit of a communication issue, but had a lot of fun trying to act things out we were trying to understand/say. Location was very close to the funicular when you arrive in town and also close to the well which you should add to your list to visit when in town. Room was great as well.
It was a bit of a walk to the Duomo side of town, but not too bad
Rustic property and restaurant. Big room, big bathroom. Very clean. Lady extremely pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast plentiful with home grown honey and fig jam! Parking (payable) nearby and easy to walk to hotel. Would use again. Everything about stay was really very good.
Hard to find as address on web does not match location! Had to ask in local cafe but once found no problem.
We had a lovely stay at La Palma! The B&B was the first restaurant after the funicular, perfect to drop bags off and then explore the town. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was great!
Nothing, it's was perfect for us.
The room was large with lots of beds.
You had to go downstairs to the restaurant to use the wifi, and while there was an A/C unit in the room, there was no way to turn it on.
Location, helpfulness of the staff, excellent breakfast
Clean, in the city centre, very good location. Breakfast was ok.
The host only talked Italian and although we tried our best to understand and communicate with her, she was clearly very frustrated with us because she had to repeat something every now and then. Did not feel as a warm welcome at all. The room is very very basic. The room has 3 different style beds, one in front of the chest of drawers; nothing on the walls as decoration. It really needs an extra touch. Bathroom in corridor. Compared to the other B&B's we did on our trip this was definitely way to expensive for what we got.
clean, lovely balcony, authentic
noise from street
Breakfasts were fantastic. Room was clean, well-stocked bathroom. Very friendly hosts and quiet location.
Beds were rather hard. Many light bulbs were burned out or light fixtures simply didn't work.
Easy to find and close to parking. Family run by very accommodating family.
Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, choice of juices and pasteries, very superior prosciutto. Small but comfy room. Excellent value for money.
All was fine
Excellent host and lovely food breakfast is first class
The room was nice, the bathroom large, the location in town worked out well. Parking was better than most, fairly close to the B & B. Noise wasn't too bad but decided to shut the windows on the second night.
The lady in charge was friendly but not helpful when trying to explain a problem we were having not associated with the room. Also at breakfast she asked if we wanted an omelette without explaining that there would be a charge. The room while being nice had burnt out and missing light bulbs that just struck me as carelessness.
the B&B runs by a friendly and and hospitable family. They are willing to help us with our requests, and the atmosphere is good in the room with nice facility. The sisters are beautiful with supreme service attitude.
