WE STAYED 2 DAYS LAST YEAR & 4 DAYS THIS YEAR & PLAN ON RETURNING IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS! TAXIS & FOOD ARE VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE IN ITALY BUT SCENERY IS GREAT. The host provided a detailed guide with photos that made checking in and staying there very easy, and he was quick to respond to any questions I had. Parking was convenient and there is a large supermarket as well as cafes within easy walking distance. I especially liked the large sofa and TV in the living room. It is close enough to Assisi to visit easily, without the hassle of trying to drive through those narrow streets.GermaineUnited States of America

The place feels like family, the staff are lovely and kind. THE RESTAURANT IS AMAZING (I miss the gnocco already!) The breakfast in the morning is delicious and set up so beautifully. If you are driving this place is great because you are essentially parking at a functioning vineyard, lots of space. This place has an open air, casual and special vibe.

In addition to the in-house resturant, there are a number of resturants in the center of Bastia Umbra which is a few minutes drive. Rooms were comfortable (even though a bit old), and the breakfast was great (you need to order to what you would want the evening before).
