Facilities. You can use the kitchen to prepare your own food, supermarkets are close and Metro is just round the corner.
You are forced (and expected!) to pay in cash the moment you arrive because allegedly the card machine is not working. You get no receipt of course and it was very inconvenient for me because with cash withdrawal my bank is charging me extra fee as well. (Later I found out that one of the guests that arrived just after me paid by card after furiously refusing to pay in cash)
Accommodation has really good location. From the metro station Cornelia it was maybe 50m. Rooms were really cleaned and staff very friendly. In general, we were really satisfied except the toilet issue.
It's very hard to find the accommodation. It is marked just by a A4 letter on the doors, but nothing visible from the longer distance. Visitors should orient by the residence number - they will find it easier. Another thing I didn't like was toilet. When we came for the first time, we were learned, that only toilet paper can be put into WC, otherwise it can be damaged - clogged. After few days, our toilet got really clogged - by common using. So we have notified staff about the problem and next day it was fixed. But the "hotel" responsible wanted us to pay 50euros as the damage compensation. She told us they have found cigarettes, chewing gums and some plastic inside and therefore the toilet got clogged. Finally we convinced them, that we are not smokers and we used the toilet as all normal people, so we didn't pay that. But it was a really strange experience. :)
Good value for money and excellent staff.
It's rather hard to find.
There was no one waiting for us when we arrived in the afternoon, a guest opened us the door and let us in, although we have sent mail reminding the time of arrival. The machine for credit card payment does not work, so you are forced to pay cash, includimg the tax without any receipt in return.
design,cleanliness,next to the metro
Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast consisted from choice of croissant and coffee at the nice cafeteria across the street. Metro station is just around the corner. Great value for money.
We saw the bnb (well its in the apartment building) for couple of minutes, and found out that the bnb was clean and cozy.very near to the metro station
I came with a friend that also book the same hotel.. Turn out the owner of the bnb sent me to another bnb.. They said there was something wrong with the bathroom.. But when I was there all the room was occupied.. I think they mixed up my booking with my friend(because our name is similar) so they didn't have the room ready for me. We carried our big luggage to another apartment. But luckily the other apartment owner and the staff from this bnb helped us.VERY Bad service from the owner ( the staff was really helpful). Call them before you come to make sure they have the room.
Everything was amazing! New, clean and modern apartment. Delicious Brekfast at the coffe, accros the streat. The location is perfect 1 min from Metro- Cornelia stop. Less then 10 min. to Vatican and the Center.Very close to the appartment are couple of very good italian restaurants and food stores.Good value for your money.
great connection to the city center by metro and several busses, breakfast at the bar
had to change rooms during the stay, credit card payment wasn't possible
I liked the decor and the comfort of my room. It was clean, quiet and perfect after a long day.
It is hard to find b &B. There is no sign since it is a private apartment. After leaving the metro cross the two roads and walk in the direction of Cafe Pinetta but turn left when you reach that street. B&B is next to a store called Kreative Kreations (or something like that)
The apartment was small, but very clean and modern furnished. Our room was quite small, but had a big double bed and we had a nice modern bathroom in our room. Ohh and the walls were sound proof!! The metro station is very close to the apartment, maximum 1 min walk :) and 2 metro stops from the Vatican. I greatly recommend this place if you want to visit Rome!
The elevator was very small, could only take one luggage( 20kg) at a time. The common area is quite small.
Room was cleam and there was everything I needed.
I didn't like that the breakfast was a voucher to the cafe next door.
Good connection to metro and bus. Very good air conditioning. Free breakfast (typical Italian) included. Supermarket just across the street.
Toilet seat was missing.
Excellent decorated, good balcony and nice staff. Cornelia metrostation is near. Good value of money.
