Very helpfull and friendl hosts who make you feel at home. Central location Spotlessly clean Nice view from fifth floor window
Since its central its a bit noisy, but its part of being in Palermo
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, almost on via Maqueda, close to Piazza Pretoria, Quattro Canti, Teatro Massimo and an easy walk from the Cathedral, the train station and all the major attractions. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good.
City centre location - convenient, nice, clean and warm atmosphere, kind landlord. Very nice over all!
Palermo is a happy and noise city so you would expect it a bit noisy in the evening.
The perfect place to stay in Palermo. The former big flat was transformed into a small cosy hotel. The perfect view over the city, friendly people (special thanks for Italian language lessons), good location. All the advantages and no drawbacks. N.B. One caution however, if you arrive after 2-3 pm, let the hotel know in advance as there is no 24 hours reception and the staff is on site on a temporary basis.
Breakfast was awesome! The proprietors were extremely accommodating and nice to talk to. Highly, highly recommend!!
Right in the center, very warmly welcomed, the romm was big, nice and very clean, we only stayed one night but we would definitely go back there.
Very good location. Close to all the major sites. Big rooms and good breakfast. Hosts are great!
Noisy. Could hear the other guests in the rooms and breakfast tables.
The owners were very friendly. They encouraged us to ask questions and often checked if we were having a good time. If you like a sweet breakfast, you have to try the croissants with ricotta (cream cheese) filling. They are delicious but heavy. If you want a savory breakfast, i guess you can ask. We had a very big room. The location is perfect, close to everything. There are multiple excellent restaurants in a radius of 200m (650ft).
You can't keep the sun out in the morning. There are shutters and drapes but still a lot of light gets in. It's good to get up early but some heavier drapes would be nice.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very big and very clean.
The wifi connection was very poor, at times it didn't work. The room was facing a busy street, not just high traffic but with clubs/discos. The noise was dreadful, it was very loud and went on until 5am. To make things worse, the window facing this area would not close properly and the wind from outside kept swinging the it open even when we had the shutters down. This made the noise even louder as if we were in the disco. We woke up every 15minutes to close the window. We had one hour of sleep in total the whole night. The B&B is nice but this room is terrible.
staff more than accomdating. really helpful--went w. us to show us the car park rather than just giving directions. also friendly, cheerful consistently.
Fresh and clean, great location, spaceous room, very friendly and helpful hosts! All good!
Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed and good separate bathroom. Cream Cheese filled sweet croissants for breakfast were delicious. Managers/owners were very helpful. The view of the cathedral and city over the rooftops was great
It was noisy, but this is in the centre of a very noisy city so what can you expect?
Very nice and helpful staff, good location.
Everything new in the house, lovely attention from the owners.
Our host was charming. The room was huge and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate. The restaurant around the corner recommended by our host had a most incredible antipasto table!
Not in the best part of town.
The owner was very frienly and polite! I stupidly did not tell them the exact arrival time beforehand. But they were looking for me in the street for me. They serve traditional Sicilian bread. It was very delicious. My room was double bed room for a single person. If you open the window you can see historical building closely. And in the season I stayed, it was the end of October, I can leave two large windows in the nighte. You can have nice wind comng through your room. The location was also perfect to go to all sightseeing places like historical places pubs, restaurants and bars. Additionaly there are many shops, where you can buy fashionalble cloth. It worth of staying there, if you want to enjoy Palermo reasonably.
Weak wifi connection. And the outside is very very laud till midnight until early mornig. But it cannot be helped, because it is Palermo. I was always taking sleeping pils, so it was not such a big problem.
Very cheerful host. Good breakfast.
Noisy street but Palermo is a noisy street.
very nice b&b with kind staff.
