Excellent breakfast, very friendly and caring staff, rooms are very clean and nice, excellent location.
Our room was facing a main street so we had the noise of the tram.
Perfect location: at walking distance all nice area's. Very friendly guestlady.
WiFi did not always work
Breakfast, location, feeling like home
no soundproofing, doors like paper
Rich breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Great location. Very friendly owners. We felt at home.
We could hear the people in the room next to us.
Most of all our gracious and kind hosts. Close second would be the friendly fellow-guests that we met. I can't say enough good things about the accommodations...from the spacious and bright room to the comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and excellent wi-fi. Morning breakfast was excellent for both the food and the company of the guests and our hosts. The location of the apartment was superb regarding access to greater Rome. Pizza at Marmi and dinner at Meridonale recommended highly.
Leaving for home.
The host was very helpful and incredibly nice. Arranged airport pick up for us and it proved very convenient. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location is good, 20 minutes walking to piazza Navona and about 30 minutes away from the Vatican. Very close to the river.
The wifi was working very poorly, too slow even for smart-phone basic use. It is not a hotel but an appartment and you can hear quite well your neighbors, especially their middle of the night snoring. The keys are a bit difficult to use at first (very old system) but after a day or two you get the hang of it. The shower was a bit unpleasant since luke warm and extremely hot water were alternating every 30 seconds. All kinds of warnings/notice were all over the bathroom dictating its correct use, so I felt like we were scolded by the owners before we even turned on the first water tap. I image though they must have had problems with some of their previous guests.
Excellent location, fabulous staff and a lovely rustic feel in a popular part of Rome. Excellent location for both walking and picking up local trams and buses if you feel you can no longer do the walking which is the best way to explore the wonders of Rome ! Staff are lovely and mama makes fabulous cakes !
Everything was just as advertised room was perfect lots of space, clean towels and room cleaned every day. The family that ran it were amazing helping us everyday with directions to our planned sights and they even rang a salsa club for us to check opening times. They were so friendly and helpful it was like living with a family in Rome for our time there. We would certainly go back and stay there if we visited Rome again.
Terrific location really close to some good restaurants (one next door). Tram out the front of building and or a lovely walk to some tourist sights. Nice breakfast.
Bathroom. Shower was very tricky took awhile to work out and no where to really put anything.
Even though our flight was delayed 2 hrs, the owner was waiting patiently for our arrival. Decor in the bedroom was very eclectic & beautifully presented. Good quality linen & breakfast.
Room was rather small & had difficulty in opening 2 suitcases but it is Rome & understandably everything is tiny. Our airport transfer driver had a lot of trouble finding the BNB & after phoning eventually found it with some advice from owner.
Great hosts and great location!
The area was very noisy and it was tough for me to sleep with the apartment and street noise. Not the hosts fault though, but I was hoping for a bit of a quieter night.
As a first time user of a B & B I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The family who own the B & B made you feel very welcome and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The whole experience was great and such good value.
No negative points at all.
Paola and her family/staff are very nice and gentil. They do what they can to make you feel home. Lovely place, pleasant location, good breakfast.
Paula and her daughter's are really lovely and couldn't do enough to help. The location is good and the bedrooms are a good size and very clean. Just one point we didn't know how to use the airconditioning and left the bedroom window open on the Friday night and couldn't sleep for the noise, just ask how to use it. otherwise everything is perfect.
Friendly family, could not have been more helpful. Wonderful breakfast with homemade treats. Perfect location.
A little noisy at night. But wonderful location
Good location, very nice staff, good breakfast and nice bedroom. Very good value for money.
Although we had a private bathroom it was outside of our room.
Liked the welcome we received which continued throughout our stay. Amenities and room were very clean. The location was very close to the city and public transport and restaurants were just across the road. Paola and family were great. So helpful.
Traffic a bit noisy at night.
In Rome alone for 2 days. Paola and her daughter were very kind & hospitable. Charming place you don't feel as if your are in a hotel at all. Made me feel right at home. Trastevere is a great area to see another side of Rome.
Superb Executive Room decorated beautifully! The whole family looked after you, easy check in and directions to find. Big breakfast with lots of choice and plentiful. Early and late check out arranged for us and organised our taxi to the airport - couldn't do more for you - very friendly and warm. Very central for easy access to the city.
We loved everything, Paula is so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much of a problem. The area was ideally located. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice. Parking no problem, we paid for a ticket which Paula purchased for us. For our first time in Rome, it was an ideal stop before the rest of our trip, wish we could have stayed longer. Grazie tanto Paula and family.
Only staying one night!
Location, area is full of bars and restaurants, not far by foot or tram to all places of interest. Staff was really helpfull, great breakfast. Nicely decorated. Wi-fi was not so strong in the room, but who needs a wi-fi when you are in Rome!
I found Paula quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
Excellent service, value for money, lovely family and great breakfast! Only 20min walk to Vatican City and great night life - bars and restaurants approx 5/10min walk away!
Nothing - all perfect!!
Mammals breakfast was amazing and set in a great room together with other guests rather the cold big hotel rooms.
This B & B is tucked away in a a lovely area of Rome where you walk out your door to the many small restaurants that line the back alleys. The tram is right out front and access to all significant sights is easy. Breakfast is a delight here and the beds are the most comfortable of anywhere that we stayed on our 6 week trip.
