눉The Wifi was a pain. The password was around 30 random characters, and the signal was really bad: one one spot in the whole apartment had the Wifi reachable, and only on a certain corner of that room. To confuse even more, there is another Wifi with similar name but different password and with more coverage, which had us type the 30 characters long password several times without success, adding to the frustration. But the area is so nice that you can skip the internet for research and just focus on walking around and stumbling on cool things to view.
Because the location is so popular and people tend to go out late in the evening and sleep during the day, it was quite noisy until 12:30 - 1 am.
A bit of shadow on the rooftop would have helped if you wanted to stay for a drink during the day.
There was no power adapter, and one of our electrical appliances didn't work. We've asked the personnel, but they didn't' have one either.
눇The apartment that we stayed in had two floors and a terrace with sea view. Even if it was extremely hot outside during the day (42-45 Celsius) the air conditioning and the layout of the apartment kept it cool.
The location was in the old town really close to a popular view to the beach.
It's a very nice and popular area (lots of people taking pictures of the stairs near the entrance).
The food is served at the Restaurant where you make the checkin-checkout in the nice square nearby. You have a selection of fruit, proscuitto, salami, cake, cookies, juice, bread and a coffee / cappuccino or similar as well.
The beach is very close as well.
We liked the terrace so much as it offered a great view to start the morning with and to end the day before going to sleep.
We haven't tried out cooking, but there was a kitchen and you could use the table on the terrace.
On the terrace itself you had a sun bathing chair, two comfortable armchairs and a bench and a normal table with chairs good for eating (total of 7 places!) and an extra shower.
We were offered reserved parking (which costs extra) but the staff was nice to recommend also possible street parking explaining all the colored markings and their meaning (white = free, blue = have to pay, orange = reserved).
Personally I'd say the reserved parking is worth it if you come by rental to avoid locals scratching your car.
