We really liked the peace and tranquility in a beautiful location. It would have been nice to have facilities for tea and coffee in the room. We really liked nearby Barga, especially Pasticceria Luchesi. We found some excellent places to eat; La Bionda de Nonna Mary in Fornaci di Barga, Osteria del Ponte Campia, and the pizza restaurant in Gallicano itself.

Our contact person, Chiara, was exceedingly friendly and helpful. she cleaned the rooms daily and quickly responded to my questions via text. We had a wonderful stay!!

The staff was very attentive, with a vocation for service rarely seen. The included breakfast is excellent and filling. I had the opportunity to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, where I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious homemade pasta. In any case, I would return and I absolutely recommend it.

She was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the place, about what to do around Gallicano. Perfect! The apartment is spacious and clean, with everything you might need. There is also a nice outdoor seating area and even the swimming pool!
