Good location, I was able to walk to all major places of interest in Rome. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom.
Somewhat outdated shared bathroom, and the toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast is prepacked and very basic.
The freedom and privacy of the rooms Facilities to make coffee whenever i want. The staff during check in was very good. He directed me very well to all places that i wanted to visit. I will make it my hotel of choice whenever I am in Rome.
The washrooms needs to be improved. May be can add another so that we dont have to share many people
We really enjoyed our stay there. Both room and bathroom were large, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was OK for a BB. On top of everything, the staff was really kind and helpfull and speaking very well English. We made a late check-in and late check-out (due to heavy rain), got our ryan-air print-outs, and enjoyed the coffee machine :).
Enough warm water and good WiFi.
The worst B&B ever! Lots of dust, very poor breakfast, extremely noisy cause the windows don't realy close good. Bathroom was old, not clean and the shower almost fell off! Dissaster!
close to shop lot, restaurant, shops near to the hotel, friendly staff, no problem communicate, close to Colosseum (15min walk)
Only one toilet (Fight it or wait it)
Not clean.. far from metro.. dark location
The room was clean and nice as well as the bathroom. The Colosseum is about 20 minutes walk.
The breakfast was one small package of peach juice and two small package of croissant with jam for each person. Not a real breakfast. There was nobody at the place when we arrived and the portier wasn't helpful at all.
staffs can not speak english very small breakfast they ask me to pay with cash
The location is great! Rooms are very spacious. They have fans for summer and heating for winter. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned every day. A 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Great value for money and good bus links. San Giovanni Metro station is 10-15 minutes away (Very easy, pleasant walk) Restaurant opposite is very good and well priced the Breakfast is a sweet touch despite being a cake, a jam filled croissant and some juice but it's nice enough. Wi-fi was very good and secure. Rooms fairly soundproof so we weren't disturbed by other guests.
NO SIGNS!! The B&B Is inside an apartment building and you have to press the button to contact them when you first arrive. We got lost late at night and had to ask across the street in a restaurant. The man didn't speak a word of English and said that we couldn't pay by card even though we saw another guest pay by card and the chip and pin machine was by the front door! He knocked on our door 4 times to ask for the money and we said we would pay when we checked out. The private bathrooms are OUTSIDE of the rooms in the halls. Make sure you lock it or you'll find another guest in your bathroom that you paid for like we did... On the first morning we went to eat our little breakfast to discover somebody had taken a big bite out of my breakfast and left it there and it had not been replaced for our arrival. First impressions were not good but everything was fine after that.
The place was clean The bed was comfortable The wifi worked really well The price is reasonable The place is well-located
The tiny shower and sink The breakfast (a croissant and a madeleine in a plastic package) The street can be quite noisy
very closed to colosseum, foro romano
the doors were very noisy :) .
nice hotel good place, stayed for two nights arrived very late and staff was still very nice, clean place. very good hotel for very nice price.
Once you find it, its a real gem. Roomy, clean and walking distance the fantastic coluseum.
To find it in the dark would be very hard as there only a buzzer name plate on a entry pannel.
Great place to call home while on a sightseeing trip to Rome. Although there is no train very close, there is a bus stop less than 5 mins away to Ostiense which connects to the airport. The Colosseum is just ten minutes away on foot. The room was spacious and the breakfast was enough to get you started or the day.
The rooms face the main road, so not ideal if you are light sleepers. The night owls and the bikes can get quite loud especially later in the night.
Very good location with good price...
Need good signage
Everything was good!
the man there was so welcoming and friendly and when to great lengths to keep the place spotless the room was a good size and the location was fantastic 15 min walk from the Colosseum. despite being in the city it was quiet and a key given so we could come and go as we pleased. the photos are exactly how the rooms look! :) very happy
the breakfast only consisted of croissant and juice/ coffee however it did state this at the time of booking.
Very pleasent place to stay, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable big beds, spacy rooms common bathroom, not very crowded, good location 10 min walk to Coliseum, plenty of coffee shops around , but no supermarkets.very kind and pleasent owner, cleaning stuff diligent and respectful. Would recommend this place to friends and family.
Noisy doors banging, can hear toilet door closing and opening inside the rooms, no soundproofing, no aircondioner, can hear voices inside the room.
very good price/quality ratio good location
Very clean Nicely decorated Very close to colosseum Very friendly owner
Curtains did not shut out the light from the street lamps We felt like we were being rushed out of the hotel in the mornings by the cleaner who walked in on us!
Close to the city centre , very close to metro, close to Collosseo. Very nice, residential area with good bars and shops nearby.
Placed only 1,5 km from Coloseum, the hotel is really nice and clean. Our room was big and comfortable and the personel was professional and helpful.
A piece of cheese cake, a croissant and a little juice should'nt be called a breakfast. It isn't enough for a man.
