I would like to spend more time there, it is such a lovely town. Not so touristy, you can feel and see what it is like to be in a busy small town without the hoards of tourists surrounding you. The host is really warm and nice. Quite sad, we did not stay one more night.
Excellent B&B in a great location in this fab city. Everything you could ask for plenty of space, very helpful and friendly owner nothing was to much trouble and amazing value for money.
1) The quality of the apartment is amazing, highly recommended; 2) unlike many other B&B in Italy, this one is a reak apartment for your own use with real intimacy; 3) Erika is a truly wonderful host; 4) lot of good stuff in fridge and cupboard for us and a really good coffe - that was a nice surprise and literally made our mornings; 5) private parking spot and easy to get there; 6) if ever come back to Arezzo, I won't even bother searching for other places
We had a good sleep, but if you have sleep problems and are easily woken up, the passing trains may give you some trouble.
clean reserved parking place
far too noisy. not only for the trains, i also got a fish truck loading and offloading at 5:40 am (ground floor room facing the railway) no sound insulation from the flat above fridge temp ranged from -1 to 6 degrees, my salad was crunchy frozen at dinner. it went straight in the bin one evening a scooter was parked so close to my car that i could not open the boot without moving the car forward. this despite being in the middle of my allocated parking space all in all, i could not rest properly, defeating the main purpose of an hotel. i used ear plugs after the negatives comments, but it was not enough. never again
secure parking close to the center
Everything! Great value, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay of any length. Parking is secure.
This was a great apartment if you needed to stay in Arezzo, but found Arezzo itself, to be quite boring! However, the apartment is great, comfortable, quiet ( even though near the rail line) secure with your own coffee machine and Continental breakfasts provided. You can even cook too if you feel like it! Secure car parking as well which was handy.
Finding it was tricky, but once through the portal, drive to the left and enter through the boomgate to the apartments on the back left of the property. Internet did not work at all.
