- Location, right by the Colosseum and walking distance to Pantheon, Via de Corso (shopping street) and other relevant places - Very friendly and trustworthy staff - Cozy rooms
- The Wi-Fi was quite unstable. - Breakfast options was very limited. We got breakfast other places instead.
staff was great and helpful ( she helped in our bag and with the directions to the attractions with some helpful tips), it was very near to old Rome and Colosseum, near to the Cavour metro station which it is easy to reach any attractions, the room was nice and have the facilities which was written, it worth the money. it was an apartment with three rooms having its own bathroom.
our room was looking to the alley not the street, next time i will be more specific to the room i need. it was an apartment with three rooms having its own bathroom
We stayed there for 1 night. The owner Carla was very friendly. The room was ready earlier than expected as we did an early check-in. It was very close to the Colosseum. They helped us in finding the right route for travel and provided us some useful tips. Though the breakfast was included but it was only kind of card with which we got just coffee and croissant from a nearby restaurant. but overall the experience was good.
The breakfast option provided.
Perfect place to visit the city, even not too far from Trastevere (less than half an hour by foot). In piazza Venezia you find bus and tram in the night. The room are new and nice, the street is not loud
Breakfast was not fresh, but just some things they brought the day before: no bread, no possible to hit up milk
The location is perfect.A lot of nice shops and restaurants around it. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff is polite
We rented 2 rooms, the triple one was descent but the double was really small and suffocating. The beds are also really short (not suitable for anyone taller than 1,72). It can also get really noisy and there is no isolation between rooms. The breakfast is ok, around 8:30 someone knocks the door and you get a bag with bread and croissants.
- quite good continental breakfast included - excellent location very close to Colosseum and pretty close to Termini station; Cavour metro station in 5 min walking distance - air conditioning included
- small room, useful as just simple sleeping place
Roxanne was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, breakfast delivered on time and they even arranged a taxi in a short time for a very reasonable fare.
We really had a nice stay here. Roxana and his husband were very friendly and helped us with all questions and they can also organise all things you ask for. WLAN and a fridge and little kitchen helped us a lot in the room. The supermarket is in the parallel street. It's located perfectly for a city holiday, you can reach nearly everything by feet-the only time we took the metro was to go to the Vatican, all other attractions we had walking distance. When you fall of the street you'll find a lot of great bars , cafés, little shops and restaurants. To have a quick meal Pizza Milvio on the left of the building is delicious and cheap! We had perfect days here and for our next trip to Rome , we would choose exactly the same!!!
Location and room
Noting bad to say
Our room was fantastic!Close enough to every landmark of the city,in a lively neighborhood. The staff very gentle and helpful!Everyday the room was clean and tidy.Grazie mille....We had the time of our lives!!!!!
The owners were lovely, the room was beautiful and had more than I expected and very clean, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient and there are many good restaurants, coffee shops and a great gelateria within a minute walk (literally).
After 2 minutes the shower would go cold and lose pressure leaving me with a head full of conditioner I had to rinse in the sink. The sink leaked and made the tile floor very slippery. The electricity went out two mornings. The windows and curtains did nothing to block sound or light so it was very noisy and bright which made it hard to sleep. On a Friday night you can forget sleep all together. My last day there the cleaning staff took bags I had planned to use to pack fragile objects and threw them out though I had asked nothing was touched and left the windows open. As I did not return until 10pm my room was VERY cold and damp, making it a miserable night.
