El hotel es buenísimo, ubicado a una cuadra del subte, estación ottaviano, a 4 cuadras de la plaza san pedro, el barrio muy lindo. Las habitaciones impecables, aire, estufas, cable, hasta pava eléctrica, re amplias y super limpio todo. El edificio tiene ascensor. Lo mejor es la atención, el dueño Marco es excelente, llegamos y nos dios un mapa donde nos dio tips, lugares para visitar, nos recomendó lugares para comer en toda la ciudad y cualquier cosa que pedimos siempre estuvo atento. Excelente todo.

Excelente el apartamento, limpio, comodo, cercano al metro y al vaticano. La atencion, disponibilidad y simpatia de Marco, hacen la estadia mucho mas grata. Todo espectacular, lo recomiendo al 100 por ciento!

las imagenes que se muestran no se coresponden con la realidad.estan sacadas de su inaguracion y ahora mismo necesita alguna reforma,pintura ,decoracion,baños etc

Un buen lugar para hospedarse y pasar unos días conociendo Roma.Lo que mas me agradó fue la cercanía al metro y a 4 cuadras del Vaticano. La habitación y el baño super limpios, modernos y cómodos.

Me encanto el B&B 94 Rooms y de verdad lo recomiendo ampliamante. Super bien ubicado, como y muy agradable, el desayuno rico para lo que uno quiere, tostaditas, croissants y mermelada,nutella y mantequilla. un cafecito con leche y jugo, basico pero muy bien para lo que estas pagando. Son muy amables y te reciben muy bien. Lo mejor la ubicacion. Las fotos son tal cual lo que te ofrecen. Volvere alli en mi proximo viaje a Roma.

El unico detalle que puedo comentar es que deben cambiar las toallas interdiario. Estuve 4 noches y no las cambiaron. Es lo unico

Excelente atención de los chicos, la habitación era enorme y muy confortable. Ademas el hotel esta muy bien ubicado a 1 cuadra de la estación de metro.

Que el desayuno es muy simple y que no pusieron mas shampu al otro día, lo otro es que el ascensor es estrecho y hay que subir una escalera con las maletas.

Marco is a very friendly and helpful man. The location is safe and during the night you do not feel in danger. The metro is very close to the hotel. The hot water for bathing never ends!!!

One evening after a long day, the lift wasn't working.

Room was very big abd there is an elevator in the building. Very close to metro station.

Room with no design doesn,t look like the pictures. Very little furniture, no closet. The shower was floating. Too expensive for what is offering.

Location was excellent. Right by the metro and within walking distance of the Vatican. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Breakfast was delivered to our room.

The included breakfast was a little lacking. A few rolls and a cup of cappuccino. I prefer the buffet style European breakfast with fresh fruit, some meat and cheese cuts, etc.

Amazing place to stay in Rome! In 3 min you ll reach Vatican, to center center 15 min walking, river 10 min. The room s very clean, great design. Tea in room , what s great after rainy day . Breakfast is as usually in hotels, coffee and two types of sweets, they bring you it in room at time u tell. Room s the same as in photo. If you leave the city at late time you can leave your luggage in the corridor of hotel, they give you the keys of it. Marco, the owner ,is very friendly and you can ask anything you need. Thank you for staying.

We (a couple) stayed at the hotel and the other part of our group (a couple with young children) stayed at the apartment. - The hotel was very close to the vatican and the subway. - The hotel had wifi, although really slow. - Personel was friendly. If there was something wrong, Marco came instantly to try and fix it. - The apartment was spacious and had two different rooms. - The kitchen was big and equipped enough to do some cooking in the apartment. All in all there were some minor set backs, but we had a good experience here.

- The hotel and the apartment were quite far apart, which we didn't know about until we got there. - The apartment didn't had wifi although that was advertised. - It was very VERY noisy. You could hear your neighbors on all directions. - The boiler in the apartment could only handle up to two persons, although it was a 4 person apartment. - The beds were really hard. - The shower in the hotel overflowed regularly even though they tried fixing it.

Our stay at the apartment was very conforting and accommodating that fit our family's needs. Very close to the Vatican and less then 15 minutes to the Colosseum... We just had a great experience there and really loved it. Would highly recommend this apartment to our friends...

We liked the room, large enough for three people, clean and well decorated. So was the bathroom. Breakfast is fair. Very close to otaviano metro station and bus stops.

Check in could be improved. Everything went fine with us, but it´s better to call Marco to let him know when you´re coming.

Immaculate room and very comfortable

Centrally located and good value. Some reviewers said they didn't like the lift, but we thought it was cute! There was a lot more character to the building than a regular hotel.

The breakfast was a bit naff!

The room is big and well equipped,,,,and near the metro,,,,,and also vatican,,,,,marco is friendly also,,,,,

The check-in experiance make us tired,,,,my family and I wait at the door for 45min,,,at the beginning ,we ring the bell,and nobody answer,,,finally we dial the phone to them and then wait for 45min,, after marco come, he explain to me that he has make a phone few days to me,but in case of roaming service of my phone,,,,the cost of telephone is expensive,,,so we don't receive the call besides the urgent family call,,,,so he cannot connect with me ,,,,but why they don't email to me,,,,,I think most of people will check the e-mail rather than receive a call,,,,,,,!! In fact,,,,,I satisfy the room,,,but the procedure of check-in must improved,,,this is my own opinion,,, one more problem is that staff mix up the booking of us to others,, when check-out, they fine me some money for late check-in,,,,(I think the data system must improve!)certainly we clarify finally,,,!! I love your room and want you can improve,,just give some opinion for you,,,,thank you marco,,,!!

Brilliant B&B, the staff couldn't do enough to help. The room was very clean and bathroom was gleaming. Perfect location, very cheap, wouldn't hesitate to book here again

Cleaning

The rooms are located in two solid and elegant buildings in a pleasant part of the city close to the Vatican and very near the metro. Very comfortable bed makes it a nice place to relax. Reception staff is available only at certain times (or reachable by phone) but very friendly and informative. Providing a kettle is a nice touch.

Several aspects are a little unexpected: Anyone requiring more than one room needs to check in advance if the rooms are in the same building, otherwise logistics can get a bit complicated. (Not a big problem, but one that takes you by surprise...) Similarly, be sure to have the hotel's (Marco's) phone number on you upon arrival, otherwise you will be faced with a closed door and no way of getting in. For a so-called "b&b", breakfast arrangements are very minimal, one hot drink and one (industrial) pastry served in the bedroom, or at a café nearby depending which building your room is in... Last but not least, if you don't pay in cash, credit card payment involves a 2% surcharge, which is not very satisfactory.
