The location is a bit remote, which was not a problem at all EXCEPT for doing any grocery shopping or access to restaurants. There are quite a few good restaurants in Arezzo, but it was a bit of a hike into town. Again, we booked in order to be in a central location for day trips, so this wasn't a real problem, but just something travelers may want to plan for. There is no fridge in the room, but we did have space (a dedicated shelf) in the shared, full size, refrigerator which we kept some groceries.
The B&B was in a good strategic location for covering all of central Italy by car. We setup day trips to several hill towns in Tuscany, Umbria and even went as far as the east coast. The property was beautiful!
