Luca, the owner, was really helpful, friendly and right on time when taking us to the airport early morning. Apartment spotless, spacious & modern fitted with a fully-equipped kitchenette Some English TV-channels will be welcome for those non-Italian guests (even if it is only the usual CNN/BBC news channels), especially after a long day of sightseeing/traveling and you just want to relax in the room. |

I liked that the room was big enough, and it has a open terrace in the back yard. Also in the house there was a livingroom open for everybody. The city is charming and relaxing. house was pretty noisy though. But if the other people would be more attentive to the rest of us, this would't disturb. |

My husband and I took a cruise that left port from Venice, Italy. We flew in and out of Treviso airport via Ryanair, so we thought it would be easiest to stay at a hotel in Treviso the night before our return flight home. I was very fortunate to find this hotel as it has many pros. |

The owners are very service minded. If they were not in the hotel you could reach them by phone and they organised a solution for your problem. . |

The room was veyr comfortable and the staff were helpful. We requested two twin beds but got a double and, because it was an apartment seperate from the main hotel, it was too hard to change it. |

Price and location. Also, it appeared that you can get a room on the floor with the kitchen, but we didn't get to know about it until our next stay even though we have mentioned that we need kettle when stayed first... Hotel is very badly signposted. The shower was extremely dirtly, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the corners of the room when we have got a room with the shared bathroom . Was fine when we got en-suite on the next stay (though strangely wardrobe was in the bathroom). also even though it was mentioned that bathroom is shared by two rooms it was shared by three. |

Very friendly and helpful, also ready to answer our questions, the convenience of the taxi service from the airport, easy half hour trip to get into Venice. Not really a complaint but the taxi/car smelt strongly of dogs and so if you do not like dogs or have allergies then you may find it bothersome. |

The apartment with cooking facility and fixed parking place makes it comfortable. Owner gives good guidance for sight seeing with all details. He speaks good English We desperately needed to contact the hotel on phone and the phone # given was a mobile number of the owner that was discontinued. This is really bad for the guests coming from other countries. They must have a fixed phone or make sure that the website lists correct phone number. |

1. We asked for a transfer by email three days before our departure to Treviso. When they didn't confirm the request, the day before our departure I rang to Italy. The owner hadn't his for 3 days and so did not know about the request. 2. The rooms are far too noisy. |

It was a very good b&B. We have rent the apartment. There was space and all confort/kitchen.treviso is only 30 km from venice and with the train , you arrive after 40 min at the grande canale in venice. It cost 2, 5 euro/person to go . many train during the day. The owner of b&b give us many information it was easy to find , but hard to leave.venice is for all seasons. Now negative points |

The Owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. it is a good base for a trip to Venice as it is only 2.5 euros and 30min on the train. Not a lot to do in Treviso itself. It is also a 2km walk to the centre of Treviso from the B&B. |

We spent 4 days in this B&B. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and we became some tourist guide for our Venice-trip as well: map about the city, where to go and what to see, where to eat. The breakfest with the cappucinos and latte macchiatos was very fine and tasty. |

We stayed overnight on our way to Venice, and it was excellent - clean, new, convenient, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent too. If we came back to travel in the area would definitely stay here again. |

Our room was in a seperate builing which was nice. We had access to a little common area/kitchen. They were also very helpful in giving us suggestions for dinner & how to visit Venice. |
