Loin de tout, climatisation payante, petit dejeuné a faire sois même dans la chambre avec un machine a café, pas de chocolat en poudre.Des sachets de petits gateaux secs et un sachet de 2 biscottes. 2 chaises pour 3 , le manque de place pour prendre son petit dejeuner.

The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and the personal is very kind.

The location is far from Venice and is not easy to get there using public transportation. Recommended for travelers with car.

The place was very clean. I've stayed in Venice and had a bad experience with bed bugs but not at B&B Dream. You really have to have a car though. The place was about 10 minutes drive to the airport and another 10 minute drive to public parking right across from the bus station that takes you into Venice (for 1.80 Euro). It's a bit of a walk if you don't have a car. The area is gated so you know parking is secure. Beds are comfortable. I would recommend this place for travelers with a car.

One of the hosts spoke very little English, but was friendly. It was hard to ask him questions, but this is minor.

Everything was excelent, very clean and confortable, the staff was great, always trying to help. I recomend the place 100 %

Half an hour from Venice.

Great lady, very helpful when you needed something, always smiling! Clean room, comfortable, very quite place. Private parking is another great thing!

The breakfast was quite poor in terms of price/quality. The transportation to Venice was very poor, only very early morning bus available, and very late evening bus available. Time table of the bus was also very poor, if you miss one, you would have to wait for one hour or none at all :S

Very nice place, the owners are very welcoming, the balcony is big, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast was in the room from the night and it was grate.

The street is not on the GPS and there are no signs, but you can manage getting there

Modern, spacious rooms. Owner was very helpful with information regarding free parking and bus to Venice. He was also very helpful with recommendations for eating. Wonderful quality of facilities.

it's far from Venice and you cannot go there without a car....it become s really impossible to reach without a car....you have to pay for A.C. television and also to drinks.....breakfast is not good and costs 5 EUR.....

What we liked best was that it was about 15 minutes from the airport and had a very secure gated parking lot so it was a good place to leave suitcases in the car on the night before an early flight.

The worst part was breakfast. Usually, B&Bs have very nice breakfast buffets. Breakfast at Dream consisted of the European equivalent of Little Debbie snack cakes in the room.

Lovely proprietors will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Spacious, bright and airy rooms with details you only find in much more expensive lodging. Great restaurant nearby and convenient transportation. Highly recommended!

The lady that ran the hotel was extremely helpful and spoke good English. She was brilliant when we were unable to pick up our hire car due to not having a credit card (cash or debit cards are not acceptable for hiring cars in Italy, despite booking it online using a debit card). She found out train times and bus times to help us on our way to Lake Garda - our next destination. Dese itself is outside of Venice but on a good bus route (though it would have been ideal with a car with its secure parking). It is brand new, very clean, quiet and a short walk (ten mins, but partly through a long subway under a main road) to a lovely restaurant serving gorgeous food perfect for a relaxing evening meal. Breakfast was already available in the room (a selection of pre packed cakes and pastries plus orange juice, and a noisy but effective coffee machine with choice of drinks) so you could eat or drink that at anytime and take out the remainder as snacks! The small fridge held the milk and juice so it was chilled. There was a nice balcony but it overlooked the main road - not a problem for us though. The hotel was perfect for our requirements - not expensive, handy for Venice but in a quiet location, breakfast on the go and kind, helpful English speaking staff. The small suburb of Dese had a few shops - essentials only but was adequate for our two night stay as a gateway to Venice and onto Lake Garda.

The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and dinner recommendations. We had a early morning flight, so this location was excellent as it was about 5 minutes from airport.

The staff was very friendly. We arrived at 2245 after 16 hours on the motorcycles and they helped us find an open restaurant. It is easy to get to and has a private locked parking lot. Very nice stop on our trip.

Run by a lovely generous and tasteful lady. Sizeable rooms for three people. Acknowledges that many people will be staying to take a flight the next day, possibly early, by providing a DIY breakfast and coffee machine in the room. Nice linen. Good internet. Secure parking. Easy airport access, but 7 minutes away by car still so avoid noise etc. Supermarkets and fuel stations nearby.

You could visit Venice from here quite easily and cheaply, but you would miss some of the atmosphere of staying in the lagoon itself. If you want to return your rental the night before it wouldn't be as convenient as some of the airport hotels, but then, on the other hand, for the price difference you could hire a limo and still be ahead! Few stairs up to the rooms, so be prepared for some exercise or pack very light.

The owners were very friendly and helpful! Gave us good tips on how to save money for public transport. But the timing for the bus was hourly for certain timing instead of every 30 mins mentioned on the timetable, however, this is no fault of the owners. The husband was very kind in waking up early to fetch us to airport at 7am. The fee was very reasonable compared to taxi. The family room was tastefully decorated and generous breakfast in the fridge and table in the room. Everything is neat and clean.

We were well looked after and catered for. Breakfast was inclusive in accommodation. All questions asked about Venice were answered promptly and when she said she would follow up a question she did. All family members were made feel welcome. Strongly recommend.

20 minutes by public transport, but this was a benefit as you were close enough how ever far enough from the hussle of Venice. We also used our own car to get to other public transport to avoid costly private parking in Venice

Muy buenas instalaciones...modernas, buena limpieza y habitacion amplia con todas las comodidades necesarias incluyendo caja de seguridad. Muy a gusto con la atencion recibida de parte del sr. y su esposa, y la tranquidad de la zona excelente para el descanso!

Como algo mejorable solo destacaria ofrecer, en español e ingles, el horario y rutas de autobuses y medios de transporte en general...el sistema es algo complejo para los turistas, aunque luego de un dia o dos se adapta uno bien! Pero para los q van con pocos dias y gran necesidad de aprovechar al maximo el tiempo, cualquier ayuda extra sera valiosisima!
