Really romantic and nice small place! Perfect location, 5 min to bus and railway station and walking distanse from center. We would love to go back!! Owner was really nice and breakfast had everything you need. not noise coming from out. Price was perfect.
Very close to the train station, a convenient location. Help yourself breakfast in the morning and fast wifi in the room. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced. I would stay again if I come back to verona. Thanks
The window in my bathroom was a bit close to the toilet. It wasn't a bit problem but it might help to have a curtain there.
Extra friendly staff TOP location good value for your money Njami breakfast Very clean
Hard to find (small sign)
- extremely pleasant owner Laura, who is always ready to help, who always smiles and cares about each guest; - good location (7-minute walk to the main sights, close to the railway station and that's convinient for trips around); - enough space in the room and in the bathroom; - pretty room decoration; - good wi-fi
- a bit loud as the railway is close
The perfect location for those who want to explore the surrounding area. The hotel is located very close to railway and bus station which gives you a chance to get easily to Garda lake and Trento. Very good service, nice and welcoming staff with Laura as a boss, very cozy and calm.
Towels were not changed within 5 days. But it's a minor thing and didn't spoil my vacation.
Everything was exceptional! The place is extremly clean, staff is great and friendly, wifi is great! Breakfast is delicios.
Minden szempontból jó választás.
Owner of the apartment is excellent. We were almost lost in finding the apartment. She found us in the street and guided us to the apartment. I liked it.
Large room. Clean. Close to train station.
Bath water is not warm/large enough. We stayed on top floor.
A nice big room which was very quiet despite being so close to the railway tracks which ran behind the house. breakfast was a self-service buffet with lots to choose from.
Old style four poster bed with tasteful decor. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to station 10 minute walk to town centre.
Trains passed by our room (front facing room) throughout the night. Difficult enough to find, best to get taxi from station approximately 5 Euro.
Liked everything: clean, atmosphere and design, from personal experience, we left very early in 06:00 and breakfast starts with 07:00 so the owner of the B&B gave us a key to dining room then we had breakfast. Great thanks for this
This place is in an excellent location. We arrived by train and walked 5 min to the door. Walked into centre of Verona within 5 min too. The host Laura is lovely and breakfast great too
Having read other reviews I think it must depend what room you get what your experience is. Ours was on the first floor and incredibly noisy since there's no carpet. Mind you, guests made no effort to keep noise to minimum at 2am either. Property overlooks the rail lines so if you're not used to that type of noise it's incredibly disturbing to quality of sleep
Really Clean, modern facilities in an old character building, lovely little outdoor area, 10mins from station (no need for a taxi) and 10 mins walking into the centre.
My room was on the second floor in the eaves so headroom was a bit limited in some areas, not a problem for me but may a problem to taller people. No English TV channels
Location was great. GPS took us to door of this residential house. We could park off street for small fee. We easily walked to town for incredible dinner by the river. One person caught train next morning, only 5 mins walk away.
Owner was very sweet.
Had to constantly ask for packets of soap. No English language TV.
Good and friendly owner, clean rooms, nice breakfast, good location, what more can one want!
Great friendly staff awesome breakfast (simple) but muesli, yoghurt, bread and fruit. nice rooms we booked last minute so got a discount, but still a good deal
The lady running the B & B was very nice and very helpful. The location was within 10 minutes walk to the train station and 15 to 20 minutes from the arena. For Italy it was excellent value but fairly basic. We had a triple room and it was large.
Hauling bags up two floors but it was fairly normal in Italy.
Location (once we found it). Only 10 min stroll from bus/train station. Also only 5 min walk to main street & further 10 to centre of Verona.
Room on second floor, no lift so don't have heavy suitcases.
cloe to the central station, perfect if you wnat to go on day trips; very nice host; nice breakfast; very clean; facility to have free water/tead 24h
a bit noisy from the train track which passes in front of the building
Lady running it was wonderful. Very friendly and accomadating.
Too many stairs fo us.
Very responsive! I came in late unexpectedly, having missed a plane connection. Laura waited for me, showed me in and the next morning was up before the usual time for me to have breakfast and showed me the way to the station, very nearby and easy. Quiet location on back street yet near, perfect combination!
Coffee machine, which didn't work too well. But I was up early and had to leave before the usual breakfast time, before Laura had a chance to make a pot of coffee. Thank you so much!
This property was excellently located from both train station (5 min) and city centre (10 min). Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Wifi reception was great and breakfast was excellent.
Close to train, spacious room, good wifi.
Noisy trains, uncomfortable breakfast room, dripping noise in room, TV in odd position. We left our bags for several hours to tour and realized long after we left that we had forgotten something. Couldn't they have put it with our luggage? Also, cost was as high as some 3- and even 4-star hotels we later found.
