Close to Vatican, good place to visit Rome by walk/public transport. Good price for good location.
Personel woke me up at the middle of the night. The guy who was taking care of the place, was up at 4 am every night...and was making a noise for some reason. Poor breakf.
It was close to the Cipro metro station (2 minute walk). The room and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was not that big but ok
Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street road and even if you close the windows you can't sleep during the night. The staff was friendly but the owner not so much
€25 for 2 people was unbeatable (although tourist tax was shocking, we didn't expext). Nothing special for breakfast: very simple (cereal, milk, cocoa, tea, bread, butter, jam, nutella, cookies) but we could eat well enough :) so for the price it was great!!! 3-5 minutes from Cipro metro station, balcony, spacious, room, cleanliness, big wardrobe.
level of English of staff (misunderstanding with change money), shower box is small for not-so-thin people; dimly-lit room, noisy street (closed windows and/or tired tourists sleep well though :)), no locker possibilities to leave baggage before occupying / after leaving the room.
Great location, only few minutes by foot to Vatican, helpful stuff, very cleanly. I recommend this B&B with a pleasure.
It is located near the main street so it is noisy, hard to sleep with open window at night.
quite big room comfortable bed closeness to Vatican and metro
weak brakfast (self-service) no main light in the room (only bedroom lamps work) shower in the men's bathroom was smallest possible (60 cm?)
Near to Vatican. Helpful staff.
The breakfast was very "light"
They wanted to charge us €10 per night for air conditioning which I thought was ridiculous!!
Room was very cheap for Rome. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bit to far away - on the far side of the Vatican. Quite a long walk (30 minutes) just to get to the front of St Peters.
Cleanliness of room and bathroom. Spacious room. good value for money.
Breakfast - needs improving. No locker facilities to leave bags and collect later if flight is after checking out time etc
Good location for Vatican (in walking distance) and close to Cipro station
Close to the metro and to bus hub connection. People easy going Flexible for accommodate your needs
A bit noisy. Not really comfy bed
Easy to get to from Rome termini. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean.
Got back after a day of site seeing to find wet sheets from another room hanging over our bed posts. The man running the show had let himself in and hung them up was not very impressed by this as he did not seem fazed at all when we asked him to move them.
I trully recomend that hotel, we spent 4 days with 3 nights there, the location of the hotel allow you to move easily by Rome and there are some restaurants and markets near to. The hotel you will feel like stay at your home, is like an apartment where they have build up some rooms. The staff is really friendly starting by Agusto the man who stay there and the manager Chiara, who will bring you every day homemade cakes. Really clean. Recomended for people who wants to visit the city and stay in a good area, from the room I could see and listen Plz. Sant Pedro.
The place need maintenancesm esp the bathroom which is too old, Bed unfomfy, Wifi doesnt work properly on & off
