Do not go there, only if you would like to have some terrible hours. We planned to have one refreshing night on our way in this hotel. We have 3 children(8,5,1 year old), but the hotel did not have a room for 5 people, so we booked 2 rooms via booking.com at the same time, same reservation. We arrived at 9:40 pm, with three exhausted children and needed to wait 50 minutes (!) for the keys. Children could hardly make it ( you can imagine...) Do not think a long queue, only one person was before us... the slowest staff ever. Receptionist asked a lot of unnecessary questions, which all were clearly written in our booking. When we finally got one of our keys, my wife went there with the children and some bags to finally have a toilet and bath, but the key did not work. As I stayed at the reception waiting for the slowest administration and the other room's key, my family needed to come back from the 3rd floor to the reception with the baggages... A guy about 5 minutes later brought a mechanic key to open our room, but he misunderstood something and brought them to another room. My wife told him the mistake, so he went back to the reception to check it... another couple of minutes. The light did not work in our room, another minute to turn something on somewhere far... it seems they did not expect us, despite the booking. Only one towel was in the first room and two in the other. It seems children under 6 do not have a bath here, or I do not understand the reason. Do not panic any more, we all were extremely tired at 11pm,so we all used the same towel this night. Most hotels are able to open two rooms next to each other such cases, that case we received one room on the 3rd, one on the 5th room. No elevator to the 5th floor, so challenging to bring the stroller there. And there wasn't a baby cot in any of the rooms. Better hotels take it into consideration when a one year old baby mentioned in the booking. All of these for 124 euros.
Location was ok felt secure and safe quiet location staff friendly and helpful
taxi charges into pisa!! (not the hotels fault)
Rooms very big, hotel looks to be an earlier 4 star. Good beds. private and free parking.
Wifi exists but did not work, tried on laptop, tablet and smartphone as well. Breakfast is poor although it is called all you can eat and costs 6,90 euro extra.
It was a b&b, tour guide and home from home all in one. Excellent
Nearness to Pisa Airport, a local restaurant, good food, comfortable and friendly.
Wifi was good, breakfast was ok, rooms ok.
Nowhere to eat! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere!!! It is a dessert. Just one pizzeria open from 6.30 :'( Transfer from airport very poor, we had to take a taxi 20euro each way :(:(:(:( very expensive!!!! :(:(:(
Its location is convenient if you have to fly next day from Pisa's airport. The building is quite new.
The recepcionists were not kind to us, but they seemed to be nicer when they spoke to their Italian customers. The room was really cold and it was impossible to stop the air conditioning system. The bed linen had a funny smell. There weren't many things in the room, not even glasses for the toothbrushes, so all in all it was not very comfortable.
Great for touring and really close by to the main auto-routes and the airport. Plenty of parking here for the rental car. A bus stop 200m around the corner with a regular service for the middle of town. get off at the station and then access the buses on the circular routes for sight seeing. Very clean rooms. Had a bar and a swimming pool too. Great for young travellers and business people
The breakfast was a bit business like and im personal. But was reasonably stocked. Not for the romantic traveller maybe. Pisa!- Not my favorite town. Apart from the historic places in the field in the middle of town, the rest looked scruffy busy and dirty.People in shops not very helpful and very relcuctant to help me with my broken Italian English. So many places better to go in this wonderful country. Just went here as our last destination before flying home from the airport.Which, as it turned out was just as well. But if I visit the town again this life time, it may be too soon! lol.
AC didn't work in our room!
Room was clean, wifi ok, soap dispenser that I prefer, free parking
check-in too slow breakfast is pretty , and the breakfast area could be improved neighborhood
room equipment location parking
broken door locking/opening system wifi speed (1KB/s) electrical installation (light switched on automatically during the night)
Ideal as a stop over for an early morning flight.
Nice clean room
Terrible breakfast, located faar from city center
This was the second time we have stayed here. The hotel should not be seen as somewhere to stay long term in a characterful location, but as a functional, clean hotel for a stop-over as we did (similar to a travel lodge type set up in England). Not in a scenic area but clean and well run.
Arrived late and parking was an issue as function was on in adjacent premises, but found a spot eventually.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the airport and fairly easy to find.
We arrived on Saturday and unfortunately there was a disco/nightclub that night. As it was attached to the hotel, we didn't get much sleep!
Hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive from the city centre. If you have car, it is very easy to find it and also park right next to the hotel. With public transport it could be little bit difficult to find I guess. The room is clean and simple and you find everything you need if you stay one night as we did.
We chosen to pay in advance but than receptionist surprised us to pay when we arrived. Not a big deal, just bit confusing
near the airport
no hot water
The room is nice and clean
There is no lift to reach the floor thati am staying.
close to airport, great for a quick stay
Good value for money. Easy access to airport if you are driving.
No plug in bath. Associated restaurant very basic.
Having flown in to Pisa airport we were pleased that the hotel was so close to the airport and had good car parking facilities. We arrived late in the evening and the kitchen was about to close but the staff made sure we got an evening meal which was good and was most welcome as we had been traveling since lunchtime.
Not a major problem but it would have been good if there had been tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms.
Parking was free - however I didn't find the place to park my car. So Its better to find another hotel with private parking.
Room was like in dorms, with dirty walls and bad smell, this is B&B hotel but breakfast is not included into the price, quite far away from Pisa. Not recommended for young couples. Try to find something better.
We had booked just one night on the B&B Hotel Pisa but once we met Alberto at the reception and saw the room and the facilities , we booked again on our way back to Greece.Nice location , close to the airport , clean, delicious breakfast! We shall come back again!
Clean modern comfortable great value and we arrived at 10 pm and could still get a very good hot meal
No tea coffee facilities in room
