Terzi Di Siena is a great place to stay. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. They were very happy to share their local knowledge and to help me find my way around. The location is fantastic!
The only thing that wasn't great was that the walls were a bit thin so I could hear the person next door.
clean rooms. beautiful view from room. Great location.
no bathroom in the room. Stairs were a killer. Our room was all the way to the top(Iguess 5 stories high). The man didn't speak much English. No extra blankets and it was cold. Heater didn't work!
Central location, walk to all attractions, varied and excellent places to dine out or buy amazing local produce behind apartment. Family owned charming people,. apartment serviced regularly. Would certainly stay here again.
The owners were very nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great. Wifi worked well.
No where did I read that there were like 10 flights of stairs to walk up with no elevator and NO AIR CONDITIONING. I can't imagine we could have stayed here had it been summer. We would have moved on. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom and no cleaning service. I don't necessarily expect full cleaning everyday, but emptying trash and checking to see if we need more soap or towels seems easy and something we should be able to expect each day for the price.
Close to main square
Wifi password dint work and they knew it wouldn't. I had to walk 127 full stairs to the room, no kidding. No elevator. Ok for me, but not most people. Literally 10 stories high in USA. That's why I gave this a poor review. They should at least tell you this. Otherwise room was large, quiet and staff nice.
Lovely room. View from the windows was amazing! Great kitchen facilities. Breakfast for 6€ was excellent. Staff very helpful.
Lots and lots of stairs!!!!
We loved our stay at B&B I Terzi Di Siena. The hosts were gracious and caring, offering any assistance they were able. I was a bit daunted when my daughter told me that our accommodation was up five stories with no lift!!! However, the owners had a clever hoist which transported our large bag to our floor. Our room had an incredible view over the city. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning in the communal dining room. Location was great …. Central to everything Highly recommend.
Breakfast is ok
The B&B is located in a residential building and the rooms are actually shared in one of the apartments on the 6th floor!!! No elevator! It's in a very noisy part of the old city, there is noise from the streets all night long. Suggestion: stay out of the old town!
Great view,breakfast is good
Up in 6floor
The owners were so friendly and helpful. There was a wonderful kitchen (up more stairs) where we could make hot drinks in-between whiles. It was good for accessing all parts of Siena and the view was amazing. Our cases were carried upstairs for us.
Nowhere in Siena is without steps or up-and-down, so don't visit if you are limited in mobility. 87 steps up to first level (a couple of bedrooms and breakfast room), a few more up to the second area of rooms and kitchen.
La localisation, l'accueil,le petit dejeuner
du bruit dans la rue, au 5 eme sans ascenseur
Such wonderful hosts! Beautiful old building, the rooms were lovely and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I absolutely loved this place, would go again! It is on the 5th floor, so you get your exercise, but an awesome location!
Our apartment on the 2nd floor was spacious and comfortable. We stayed in Siena for 3 nights and found the central location very easy to explore both Siena and the surrounding countryside. The view from the roof is stunning!
The street outside is noisy at night so bring ear plugs!
cozy and comfortable with atmosphere, location is the best
I can tell that the hotel in the center of Siena and very close to Piazza Del Campo and Duomo. Staff was so nice and helpfull. Thanks Fabio..Hotel facilities fair enough especially for solo traveler.
We loved sitting on the communal balcony and using the communal dining space - the view is amazing!
The kitchen could do with a few more implements for those who want to cook.
We stayed in this apartment for the Palio in August. It was beautifully furnished with a balcony that boasts the best panoramic view in the city without a doubt.
Location Good facilities Amazing views
Liked the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Definitely a few floors up and it makes for a great view of the town.
Nothing. Everything was great.
The location is perfect. Right in the middle of Siena. Easy walk from the train station. The place is clean and spacious. The staff is very hospitable and welcoming. The view from the roof top terrace is absolutely gorgeous….we cooked in and ate dinner up there our last night, which was great.
The one and only downfall of this place is that the noise from the bars and restaurants kept us up late. We were also staying in the district that had just won the Palio, so they had lots of music, parades, and marching bands. It was very hard for us to get a good night sleep. We ended up buying benadryl and downloading a noise machine app in order to sleep at night. Its such a shame too because this B&B was really perfect other than that.
Loved everything from the location, rustic nature of the property and the adorable staff xx
A steep climb after a long day but when you see the view you quickly forget
Kindness of people, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing views.
no lift (it's an old building)
Location, room design, view to the city, kitchen... Everything was perfect! Thank you very much, Elisabetta!
It was a great apartment in the middle of the city. It had all the necessities
We did not get a reply on a text we sent that we would like to arrive earlier, as the reception is only open from 15.30-19.30. So, we waited. Not a big problem, but it would have been nice.
Efficient and friendly staff Great location Great facilities including a lovely terrace balcony with a great view of the city, nice kitchen with kitchen basics to help yourself to, a nice bathroom Clean, large and nicely decorated rooms, even singles Nice breakfast
Quite expensive, but then it was lovely Problem the first night with suspected bedbugs but staff were very good about moving me even though we were unsure whether I was bitten out and about or in the hotel
