Der Gastgeber im Il Vecchio E Il Mare war fantastisch! Die Zimmer waren tadellos sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Cristiano hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, wo man im Ort am besten essen gehen kann (als Gast von ihm bekommt man in einigen Restaurants 10% Rabatt), wo der schönste Strand ist und was man in dem Örtchen sonst noch machen kann. The host of the B&B was fantastic. Cristiano had a lot of great recommendations and we got a 10% discount in some restaurants, because of him, so that we went out every night of our stay. The village is very nice and the awesome beach is only a ten minute walk away. I would highly recommend to visit the Il Vecchio E Il Mare and Gaeta in general.

Ein sehr schoenes und sauberes B&B mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Gaeta. Der Besitzer Christiano ist super freundlich und kuemmert sich sehr um seine Gaeste. Er hat uns schon vor unserem Urlaub Tips zur Anreise gegeben und war waehrend des Aufenthaltes immer fuer Fragen verfuegbar. Die Lage in einem der historischen Gebaeude der Altstadt ist super und die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schoen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher zurueckkommen

The owner and staff at this B&B were wonderful, they made our stay comfortable and special. They even booked us a fantastic restaurant for our evening meal.

Super view and very friendly. We got lost trying to get to the B & B and Cristiano drove to our location and helped us drive to the B & B. He also made a great cappuccino.

Staff speaks english very good. Very quiet location, in an old but perfectly renewed house of the medieval quarter. Laptop/internet permanently available.

Wasn't easy to find on a dark rainy evening. We missed some cheese or other hearty food at the breakfast.

Difficult to find but really there was nothing not to like!

Cristiano came specially to meet us, as we couldn't find the place. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made our stay extremely pleasant. The room, which is spacious and has very comfortable beds, has a magnificent view of Gaeta..

The location and views are incredible. It is in the middle of the old part of the city and is accessed, like all the houses in that area, from a series of picturesque stairs. Cristiano and his wife were very nice and flexible. The breakfast (in the common area with a perfect water view) was quite good. It is not a luxurious place, but it is well cared for.

The full bed was actually two smaller mattresses pushed together, so that wasn't the most comfortable for a couple.

Beautiful location, elegant room, great wifi. Extremely friendly staff (Cristiano rules!) who helped with everything possible. No complaints at all - just what I needed during my short stay.

The host Christiano was very knowledgable about Gaeta and suggested places to visit and eat. We thoroughly enjoyed stay and will recommend that anyone thinking of staying in the region stay in the b&b

We arrived late in the evening but owner was great, he came and met us. The room was lovely and clean and had a nice big bathroom. We walked around Gaeta that night, it is a great area. There is an atm down the road and plenty of food and bars. The area was quite busy. Breakfast was very good especially with the fantastic view out over the water.

Very good and quiet atmospher, nice and friendly staff; He will explain everything to you for discovering the area. big room, amazing panorama from the rooms and breakfast room to the sea.

We stayed 1 week in Il Vecchio E II Mare. It is an amazing place. The view from balcony is stunning. All B&B is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Location is great, plenty of good restaurants around, Cristiano the owner is a great person, he is looking after all guests, always helpful, smiling. We really liked breakfast. Gaeta is a lovely place full of happy local people. Regional park and cave, local market are worth to visit.The beach is no more than 15 minutes walk and we recommend 1 day trip by local bus to Sperlonga.

Everything was great - location, internet, parking. Staff is excellent. Good value for money.

A recepção gentil e competente do Cristiano, inclusive agendando passeio pra nós! Além disso, a vista que tivemos do nosso quarto era algo incrível!

Estar num local medieval implica subir e descer muitas escadas...

Da hospidalidade , do conforto , do atendimento , do café da manha , da vista , do preço etc. etc.

O estacionamento não é confortável ( não por culpa dos proprietarios), tem que descer e subir escadas , problemas secundários para quem é jovem.

Lo que más la atención y cordialidad de Cristiano, el propietario, sus excelentes informaciones sobre lo que había que ver y su simpatía. El albergo es un lugar muy pintoresco y con bastante encanto.

Me ha gustado todo, aunque no se lo recomendaría a personas mayores por las innumerables escaleras que hay que bajar y subir para ir al centro.
