Close proximity to all Naples has to offer. 360 degree rooftop views with a very generous continental breakfast.
Cant fault it but be mindful of walking arounfd the room in the dark...there's 3 tiers (but when you stub your toe, there's a lot more tears!)
This is the hidden gem. Beautiful old Italian style flat located in the scary true Napoli street. Absolutely amazing view from the roof. Host is a kind woman who is taking her home clean and full of history. You should definitely stay here when in Napoli. 100% recommended! And yes: located in the old city center, few minutes from the port and the metro station, 15 minutes from the railway.
It was so cold at the room at night in the beginning of November. Heating did not work. Also the breakfast can be better: now it's just two! slices of ham and cheese and a croissants with the selection of jams.
Good location to visit highlights of Naples which is a great city to spend time in.
Very difficult to find. The owner insisted on cash payment.
Friendly, well located, clean, lovely room with balcony. Breakfast on terrace with beatiful view.
Only minor issues; sometimes difficult to communicate, poor wifi.
Lovely terrace with incredible view Owner was very nice. I couldn't have breakfast as I had to take a Ferry early in the mornig, owner brought me something the day before so I wouldn't go with empty stomach. Thank you!
wonderful, rich breakfast & friendly, helpful staff. The roof terrace is a big plus in the right season.
some stairs to climb
The location is very central, in walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, the terrace is wonderful with a panoramic view and the owner is a helpful and vital noble lady.
Excellent hostess, great roof top view, excellent breakfast, good value, close to the port of Naples, shopping is a very good value as this is where the locals shop. Felt safe in area.
Beautiful and traditional decor, large lovely terrace, convenient location, spacious room, the owners son ensured that a private car service picked us up at 4am in the morning, and owner let us check in early and then was very helpful and served us a late breakfast on the day of our arrival.
My room (blue) had 2 balconies, a walk in wardrobe and fantastic views of the Vomero. Lia was extremely kind and treated me like a member of the family. It was an easy walk to the port, centro storico and several train stations, so you could get anywhere with ease.
Lia did not speak anything other than really basic English, which was not a problem for me but could be for others. There is a lift to the 4th floor but some stairs after that. Again, could be a problem for some people.
Friendly and safe. Has a very good location. But be prepared that these are not your feelings at the moment of your entrance to the apartment if you are not familiar with Napoli...
Fine, simple accommodation near port.
very good place to stay, excellent breakfast and rooftom view. WLAN works great & fast
B&B La Casa di Bruno is located near the historical centre of Naples. It’s also a 15 minute walk from Central Station Garibaldi. Breakfast, on the roof terrace with a view on Castle Sant’Elmo, was excellent, with roasted panini, toast, fruit, yoghurt and a broad variety of sandwich filling like cheese, meat products and sweets. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and she made us feel at home. She also booked an airport shuttle which took us quickly from and to the airport. Our room with a little balcony and view on Castle Sant’Elmo was excellent. A room with airconditioning and a walk-in closet! Comfortable bed and a refrigerator in the central hall. We recommend B&B La Casa di Bruno and if we ever come back to Naples we will surely visit this B&B again.
It was my first time in Italy, I wanted to see it all. So I went to Naples, the hometown of pizza, after my friends went back home, all alone. I booked Lia' s Casa DI Bruno on Booking.com. It turned to be a surprise. Case DI Bruno locates near Corse Umberto, only one stop metro away from the Napoli central station where you can get free maps of the city, the tramt and the ferry are all reachable on foot. There is a grocery store at the gate, a big super mercado around the corner, you can get everything at of course, at a much cheaper price than in Rome and Florence. The owner of Casa di bruno, Lia, is a gorgeous and elegant lady. She loves her house and she treats every guest with honesty and love. The BB is small but very comfortable, just like home away from home. I was staying in the yellow room, which used to be her son's room. The bathroom is large and clean, and there is a small balcony in the room. There is a fridge where we can store our things and elevator costs 5 cents every time and don't worry, Lia's got them all prepared. Casa DI Bruno has 2 big Terrance's and a small one where you can have the best view if the city. Imagine watching the exotic scenery, and having breakfast under the sun of the south Italy will be how wonderful. The breakfast has a lot of choice, from which you can tell how hard Lia works to make this BB great. left for the airport really early, Lia got up so early to make me breakfast. When saying goodbye, she gave me a big hug and kissed me on my cheeks. I am of the same age as her beautiful daughter Paula, Lia mede me thinking of my mother. I'm determined to learn some Italian so that I can know Lia better.. ( don't worry about the communication, Lia' son and daughter speak perfect English)
The Internet access had some problem, and it was not so fast and stayable.
Very quiet it's like visiting your grandma, very nice lady. Great view for breakfast
It's too far out in Naples, but this is why it's cheap. The bathroom had mould on the tiles and cleaning of the floors we noticed was done with a dirty brown cloth to the mop. The pillow covers had dust on it.
Wonderful hostess, warm and friendly. Great Breakfast and view from the roof. Hope to return
We didn't need the self catering in the end as it is cheap to eat out, which made the facilities unnecessary in the small basic apartment. The main apartment rooms were a lot more luxurious. The apartment stairs were a little difficult to navigate and the TV did not get a signal the entire visit, the wi-fi was erratic due to the location of the apartment away from the main residence but our hostess was warm and wonderful which made everything a joy. Good location within easy walking distance of station and Port. Breakfast pleasant on the upper terrace with amazing views. So much to do we needed a holiday to recover!
The patio on th roof. Breakfast servez outside.
Nice view from the terrasse Good breakfast Good location Very nice and helpful host
Family atmosphere, very traditional hosts.
When we arrived we could not reach the hosts on the telephone or with the house buzzer. We had to try a few other buzzers until we had some luck. They were there, it just wasn't obvious how to reach them.
This B&B place is perfect to stay in Napoli! :) Nice flat with clean and comfortable room and extremely friendly and helpful hostess Lea. Beautiful view from terrace on Saint Elmo castle and Vesuvius. 15 minutes walking from Central railway station, and you are at flat. Just 5 min walking from flat and you in centre of city. Thank you so much signora Lea for making our stay in Napoli perfect! :)
Very friendly and helpful host. Rooftop breakfasts were brilliant.
Be aware that the lady running the B&B does hardly speak English. I speak Italian, so we got by, but had to help translating for other guests ...
Good location between port and historic centre. Great breakfast. Beautiful roof terrace. A small communal fridge is provided so you can store some food/drinks.
Room quite small. Owner doesn't speak any English, which I think is a basic service to your guests if you work in the tourist sector. Her son does speak English, but I only saw him when checking in.
Great view from the breakfast terrace. Very nice landlady, very authentic and helpful. We got the room we asked for which was lovely, spacious and clean with two private balconies. Our expectations regarding breakfast were significantly over-fulfilled, there was good coffee, bred and fresh fruit. The location is very central, just 10 min to the historic centre and to the airport bus station.
Wi-Fi signal was not so strong / a bit unstable at times but this was not really a problem.
