Stay at Art Mary for its convenient location just behind Rome’s Termini train station, as well as for its helpful staff. Family-run, this bed and breakfast provides comfortable, affordable rooms.

location-perfect staff-Raffaele was very helpful comfort value for money
Nice lovely room, nice kitchen, very good wifi, bodget price.
When we arrived, the hotel staff or maybe boss I don't know was waiting in front of the door to drive us to another his B&B as the room has occupied in this one alreay. Then we arrived the another B&B which is also nice and lovely but a 15 mins more far from the train station, that's unexpect but all fine. The next day he asked me how's my sleep, then I honesty(and in a kind and polit way) to say that it's so so, cuz the street is very noisy in day and night, if I close the window, the aircon/fan(I don't know what the machine it is) is very noisy too. He said we are in the center so if you close the window to use the air machine, it's ok. I said ok maybe I set up wrong in the air machine then cause it so noisy. But acturlly I wasn't wrong with the machine and it is really loud. So he was angry during that time, after I said the toilet ground is very easy to get all wet after shower , he got mad, he said I only have things to complain, nothing is good. Then I said oh don't worry, the other things are all perfect to try to calm the situation...I just want to tell you the problem then maybe you can improve. You don't have to behave and answer in that way. That‘s kind of rude to me.
We are a family of 4 & selected this place as it is close to the Roma Termini & we had an early morning flight out the next day. Room was clean & WIFI an added bonus - host was helpful. Would stay there again
The location was suitable for our purpose; close to Roma Termini and other necessary amenities. The room was superb. The cost was very very good.
I liked that the owner could speak and understand english, everything has happened as we agreed before. This B&B has a perfect location, it's only 2-3 minutes from Termini by walk.
I liked the location of the apartment, close enough to the sights yet far enough way to feel as though you were a local staying amongst friends. The room was large and very comfortable with all the ammenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Lots of travel information available and Rafaelle was very helpful and a gratious host. Great local restaurants on the same road to chose from and a good choice of options for getting around the city as not for from the main train station and local metro's. Overall a great little set of apartments at a good price in a great city.
Liked everything but if I had to be picky would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee but this isn't unusual in Italy not to have a kettle, just something I would have perosnally liked but this is a very small thing and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
great location, big and clean room. in rome, it is not easy to find a clean and new average price hotel.
Enjoyed every minute at b&b marcantonio, excellent location, very close to termini, quiet area. Stayed here for 2 nights, booked as a surprise for our mums 60th birthday, Raffaele the owner left a bouquet of flowers on the bed when we arrived as a birthday gesture, which was lovely. Room was clean and perfect for what we wanted. Will definately be returning :) was very handy having wifi in the rooms too :)
It is near Roma Termini.
There is no elevator. The room is cleaned and the beddings are changed every 3 days only.
The location was good. It was close to Termini Station. We had a good time. Marc was a very helpful person.
Some bathroom tools like the toilet seat and the sink should be repaired or changed.
I really enjoyed staying there even though it was just one night. It's close to the Temini and also the metro. Plus it's in a really cool area to explore of the beaten path. I really liked that it was clean and I really enjoyed the artist work and the decor of the place. It was very inviting.
They didn't have coffee on the premises so you have to go across the way to a piazza to get a coffee and baked good. They hand you a card (voucher like) that you can exchange for that but when I got there they said that I had to pay for it. It was inconvient to get up and get coffee and then it didn't happen. There isn't anyone there on the premises to ask about that once you are there. It would have been nice if the coffee was there when you first get up.
Brilliant location - felt really safe. Big spacious room with a super hot shower. The local cafe was fantastic for coffee and breakfast. Loads on information brocures and the manager is very accomodating/full of knowledge on what to see and when.
Noise. The neighbours upstairs would start stomping around/vaccuming at 7-8am making it impossible to sleep in. However, who wants to be sleeping in when you have Rome to explore?!
Nice, clean and quiet place...
Clean, quiet, very good location - close to the Termini station (3-5 minutes walk). Excellent connections. Very friendly manager, gave us many useful tips. He's got lots of maps and brochures at the entrance, which is really nice. The bedroom was nice and clean, we had a kitchenette (the black room) where we prepared some snacks. Breakfast is served in a coffe nearby - 2 pastries and coffee, very tasty. We have had the pleasure of staying here and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
Location, friendly and helpful staff
Cleaning and towels/bed linen change only every 3 days
Good location for city vacation. Clean, Raffaele is very helpfull. Will recommend for city travellers.
A little bit noisy from the kitchen of the nearby restaurant.
good location. Easy to go around And friendly boss
No one clean the room each day.
all was perfect, the owner is very helpful and friendly.
The host, Raffael, was very friendly and increadibly helpful. The B&B is located in a quiet street very close to Termini station. Breakfast was simple but good, and very cheap.
Our room, the green room, was rather small but still served its purpose. The other rooms in the B&B seemed bigger.
Perfect location, 3 minutes by foot from Termini Station. Very friendly manager, gave us perfect advice on historical sites and city tours. The room was very clean and had everything you need (e.g. flat TV, private bath, WiFi, comfy bed, etc.). The breakfast was in a charming coffee shop nearby. I would totally recommend it.
The manager was fantastic - friendly, helpful, flexible and understanding. The location was super handy to the Termini and the facilities, while basic, perfect for my needs - comfortable, safe, affordable and quiet.
clean,very pleasant owner.nice breakfast cafe.
The location was perfect and the breakfast provided at a nearby cafe was good. The host Raffael was very helpful and kind. The place was clean and will recommend this place to any one travelling on a budget.
It was not so easy to find as the B & B is located inside another building and has no board as such. The room was pretty small for 3 of us.
I like that the owner of the B&B is really helpful and friendly. great value for the location that is near the Termini station.
preferred if there was a shower screen instead of a curtain.
