The location of Old Florence Inn is very convenient for exploring Central Florence. The place is cozy and our stay was comfortable. The host of the B&B was helpful and provided us with useful information. |

The owners are really gentle. The room was clean and very confortable. There are another hotels in the same buildings. The elevator is horrible. And theres no reception and people working after 7 pm. |

Excellent host. Kind and professional welcome at the reception. Close proximity to the station and town centre. On one of the night, the cleaners had incorrectly tucked the blanket between our bed sheet and the bed linen. This is almost as bad as sleeping on the floor as you can never be sure how clean the blankets are! |

Florio was well cool, and the room was extra large and clean. Breakfast was provided on the tray in the room upon arrival. It was super close to the train station which was a real gem. |

We booked for one night and although the check-in time was until 7pm (we arrived after 8pm), the staff was willing to wait for us and was most happy to do so. We were, at first, intimidated by the main entrance at the ground floor since it was dark and un-welcoming, but on entering the main lobby, we were most relieved to find the B&B warm and inviting. We were assigned room 5 which faced the street but the noise from outside was not intrusive. The view is not great but not a primary concern for us. No balcony present. The room itself was spacious (maybe because we were 3 pax and needed an additional bed) and had a high ceiling. The room air conditioning was good and cold. Plenty of hot water was available. Free Wifi was most appreciated. The staff service was absolutely excellent, better than most 5 stars that we have been to. The manager was able to advise us of a the nearest supermarket and places to eat nearby which were could provide good food at reasonable prices, as well as provide us with transport and bus information to all the sights. We loved this place and highly recommend it to all. |

Great location, close to the station and duomo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest, just instant coffee and a prepackaged croissant. |

We were right in the middle of the city, could see some beautiful structures from the balcony and everything was walking distance. We were greeted with kindness and he helped with all the questions we asked about this beautiful city. We were only able to stay one night, but will return for a longer period soon! |

The hoteliers were very friendly and the reccomondations they made for the sights and resturants were excellent. The location was ideal for the main train station and exploring Florence (we managed to do everything on foot). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the room did have air conditioning we still found it very hot at times - we couldn't find a temperature control (but also we didn't ask) - a very minor detail. |

Beautiful B&B located extremely close to the central station. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly - it's a shame we couldn't stay longer. The triple room was very spacious and the bathroom was modern. The breakfast tray was well equipped. |

Florio was exceptionally helpful and really made us feel at home. He couldn't have been more accomodating. The room was large and we found the breakfast just enough to get us started. Very clean and extremely great location right next to the train station. Thank you Florio! There was nothing we didn't like. The stairs were just fine. Although the elevator was small, it was just fine for a few of us going up. |

We were very comfortable there and having a small elevator helped to get to the B&B without having to climb stairs. The room was nice enough and the location was close to everything. It was fun being in Firenze again and my wife loved shopping the Central Market area. |

Very convenient location; easily accessible from/to the train station, local market, and tour buses. Reasonnable price considering it is Florence! Warm welcome from host & hostess. Stored luggage until our departure on the last day. Breakfast tray is in the room and consists of instant coffee, rusks with cream cheese, packaged croissant, juice box and yogourt. |
