It's clean, nice rooms, breakfast ok. This is not a hotel, it's a b&B. However, unlike other places where I stayed before, there is no one there most of the time. They made me pay one day earlier, because the reception girl does not work on sundays. I felt a bit disapointed and "on my own", really. I wanted to call a taxi to take me to the airport, and there was no one there, no phone, not even a sign with the taxis's number. You have nice hotels in the city center for the same price...

Quiet situation in beautiful residential area, easy access to the center by bus, easy to find a parking space, staff is helpful. Lot of mosquitoes in the room.

The room was nicely decorated, and the owner was friendly and talkative. It is important to know that when you stay here, you are essentially in the owner's home. The owner goes out of her way to make you a nice breakfast, including eggs prepared as you like. The traffic was rather noisy and could be heard in the room, and the wooden floors are creaky, so I would recommend earplugs...

very clean and big rooms, the building is also wonderfull...ıt has a lovely therras for the breakfast. Really calm place to stay. You can rent a bicycle and in 5 min you are in the central of the town. the beautifull lady can speak english and she can give you all the important details about the city. The place also has a parking place...I wıll definetely stay there again... parking place is 10 euro per day thats all....

My son and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. The location was good and quiet. There is a bus stop just across the road for trip into city centre.

It was very hot in the rooms as there was no ac or fans. Also, there was almost no hot water for showers!!! Breakfast was limited and the breads were stale.

La posizione subito fuori il centro ma collegato benissimo con I mezzi pubblici, parcheggio subito fuori la pulizia davvero impeccabile, buona la colazione dolce e salata....

Ottima soluzione per chi arriva in auto, zona tranquilla, nel weekend il parcheggio è gratuito nei dintorni... Consiglio la Casa del Prosciutto dopo fiesole per una buona fiorentina...

Staff dell'hotel - Ho conosciuto il proprietario chi e' stata molto amichevole e la Signorina chi lavora in Reception e' veramente un "Bene" per l'Albergo. Persone buona fanno l'esperienza buona..! Erravamo li per la Gara MotoGP di Italia a Mugello (con la Moglie) - Tutto buona..! Grazie Mongolfiera - ci vediamo 2012..!

Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. E anche il confort dell'appartamento, buona la colazione e la pulizia La titolare è stata poco chiara e poco corretta nelle modalità, nel senso che non aveva comunicato a chi lavorava il nostro orario d'arrivo, quindi non era pronto l'alloggio e il nostro corso doveva iniziare dopo poco, inoltre voleva farci addebitare il parcheggio che non avevamo richiesto. Ha la fortuna di avere del personale che sopperisce alle sue mancanze

Essendo un gruppo di 4 persone, ci hanno asseganto un monolocale ampio e luminoso comprensivo di cucina, ma non nell'edificio del b&B. Locale pulito e carino. Colazione abbondante e buona. Essendo il B&b in perfieria per raggiungere il centro è necessario prendere I mezzi, questi però sono pochi (2-3 ogni ora) in settimana e "rari" la domenica (1 ogni ora). Sistemazione quindi preferibile per chi non si muove a piedi. Infine avrei preferito essere informata prima dell'arrivo riguardo alla diversa sistemazione.

Muy lindo, desayuno variado, la ubicacion no es un problema porque hay un autobus en la esquina que te lleva al centro. Se puede estacionar en la zona. Muy buena atencion.

Indipendenza (ti lasciano le chiavi della camera, del portone del palazzo e anche del garage); pulizia; buona colazione (pessimo solo il caffè "lungo"); possibilità di prepararti un te quando vuoi per il termos con acqua calda fuori alla stanza; ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo distante dal centro storico, ma gli autobus sono frequenti e puntuali e in 10-15 minuti ti portano nel cuore di Firenze
