Helpful staff provided directions to my business destination, bus stop, ticket vendor, restaurant etc. Please note that there is no 24 hour service or check-in, I seem to recall that check-in was only possible between 12:00-14:00 and 16:00-18:00.

It's clean, nice rooms, breakfast ok. This is not a hotel, it's a b&B. However, unlike other places where I stayed before, there is no one there most of the time. They made me pay one day earlier, because the reception girl does not work on sundays. I felt a bit disapointed and "on my own", really. I wanted to call a taxi to take me to the airport, and there was no one there, no phone, not even a sign with the taxis's number. You have nice hotels in the city center for the same price...

very clean and big rooms, the building is also wonderfull...ıt has a lovely therras for the breakfast. Really calm place to stay. You can rent a bicycle and in 5 min you are in the central of the town. the beautifull lady can speak english and she can give you all the important details about the city. The place also has a parking place...I wıll definetely stay there again... parking place is 10 euro per day thats all....

Possui boas instações, garagem, muito limpo, bom custo benefício. Café da manhã justo. Esta longe dos principais pontos turisticos, para tudo deve-se tomar um ônibus. A dona é bem mal humorada.

Staff dell'hotel - Ho conosciuto il proprietario chi e' stata molto amichevole e la Signorina chi lavora in Reception e' veramente un "Bene" per l'Albergo. Persone buona fanno l'esperienza buona..! Erravamo li per la Gara MotoGP di Italia a Mugello (con la Moglie) - Tutto buona..! Grazie Mongolfiera - ci vediamo 2012..!

Essendo un gruppo di 4 persone, ci hanno asseganto un monolocale ampio e luminoso comprensivo di cucina, ma non nell'edificio del b&B. Locale pulito e carino. Colazione abbondante e buona. Essendo il B&b in perfieria per raggiungere il centro è necessario prendere I mezzi, questi però sono pochi (2-3 ogni ora) in settimana e "rari" la domenica (1 ogni ora). Sistemazione quindi preferibile per chi non si muove a piedi. Infine avrei preferito essere informata prima dell'arrivo riguardo alla diversa sistemazione.

It was very hot in the rooms as there was no ac or fans. Also, there was almost no hot water for showers!!! Breakfast was limited and the breads were stale.

Il b&b ha un buon rapporto qualita'/ prezzo, la camera in cui ho pernottato e' spartana ma spaziosa (sopratutto il bagno). La colazione comprende una certa varieta' di cibi.La posizione e' buona per chi non vuole stare nel caos di Firenze, che comunque e' raggiungibile in trenta min. A piedi o con I mezzi. Per essere un b&b mi e' sembrato un po' impersonale, anonimo.

The room was nicely decorated, and the owner was friendly and talkative. It is important to know that when you stay here, you are essentially in the owner's home. The owner goes out of her way to make you a nice breakfast, including eggs prepared as you like. The traffic was rather noisy and could be heard in the room, and the wooden floors are creaky, so I would recommend earplugs...

E anche il confort dell'appartamento, buona la colazione e la pulizia La titolare è stata poco chiara e poco corretta nelle modalità, nel senso che non aveva comunicato a chi lavorava il nostro orario d'arrivo, quindi non era pronto l'alloggio e il nostro corso doveva iniziare dopo poco, inoltre voleva farci addebitare il parcheggio che non avevamo richiesto. Ha la fortuna di avere del personale che sopperisce alle sue mancanze

My son and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff. The location was good and quiet. There is a bus stop just across the road for trip into city centre.

Posizione buona, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, colazione ottima, parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti al B&B, staff cordiale e disponibile. Camera pulita ma sul soffitto c'erano un bel po' di ragnatele.
