Breakfast was very good and room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was good!
A bit far from the city center, but a convenient bus direct to center very close. Parking is available nearby but owner told us the contrary so we paid for the parking.
The room was very nice & the breakfasts were excellent
My room was very noisy every night mainly from the next door room & so I was unable to sleep. The only other criticism is that the coffee wasnt very hot
The area is quiet but near to the center The outer appearance of the B&B: It looks like an old mansion and is quite well maintained The rooms bathroom: Roomy, with bidet and extremely clean
Buildings interior appearance: Dark, old and smelly A lot of mosquitoes. Some were embedded under the paint in the rooms walls ! Breakfast was minimal. Only filter coffee was available, could not even order a cappuccino.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, very clean rooms. A safe area.Good breakfast. Easy to reach by bus from the city centre.
Made us pay in cash, while the amount was also booked off my credit card.
Friendly staff and decent breakfast
Great place. Nice people. Good food.
Good breakfast, bus station near residence.
Dirty, cold rooms.
I loved the residence itself. It was so Florence!
Reception is not available 24 hrs.
Check-in was seamless and the room was huge by any standards, including a sitting area. There was even complimentary water and sweets which we found to be a nice touch.
