Almost everything was updated. Good breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful managers.
The bed needed the update. I was told that the new beds have already been ordered.
nice clean room, great location right in the lively city center but not noisy
owner doesnt understand much english, didt tell us the wifi doesnt work in our 2nd floor room, parking close (nearby garage 25 EUR/day), only sweet breakfast
It's not in the heart of the historical centre, but Siena is a small town so the location is acceptable.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and breakfast was poor and disorganized. The staff are nice but were not helpful. We needed to leave our suitcases in the hotel for the afternoon, but when we returned at the agreed time (during the reception's sparse open hours) no one was there. We had to make countless phone calls and ended up waiting an extra 1.5 hours, delaying our journey to the next town.
Location great. Breakfast fair.
Location is fantastic. The house is nice and pretty.
Good breakfast and view, nice interior
The receptionist asked 20€ more than listed in the booking.com
The staff were very welcoming and the location was perfect
very small shower poor wifi in rooms
Nothing about this place, very poorly managed. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Took 5 days to replace bathroom lightbulb. Wifi nonexistent. Staff said they couldn't use phone to arrange tour. Nothing healthy for breakfast. Ended up buying breakfast elsewhere.
Staff were very friendly & accommodating (we checked in at 10pm & reception was closed yet they went out of there way to leave a note with instructions) Italian Breakfast was fresh & delicious including an Espresso machine! Location, inside the old town yet close enough to the parking..
Room was accessible from the dining room, lots of early morning noise during breakfast & the door opened up directly in front of the table, when you walk out it's into a table of 8! A bit confronting at 9am but not a big deal. Bad Wifi!!! Very poor connection inside the room. It was available but only in common areas (kitchen table/stairwell) Bed covers & pillows- small & thin. It seems to be the norm here in Italy although not a major thing.
The location of the place is very good. It's close to the entrance to the old town and easy to find. The rooms are very clean. Generally ok. Bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast was really good. The host is so nice. He helped us with organising our trip. I think it's nice place to stay.
Only the location was good, 5 min walk to the main squere.
Bad hygiene, problem with shower, problem with wi fi ( we spent 3 nights, only 1 day internet was ok, other 2 didn't work at all). Breakfast was poor, served in front of the room, who has no sound isolation, so you have to woke up in 7:30h when Roberto starts to prepare breakfast... In a bottom line, overvalued accomodation.
Location was good, access to good quality reasonable price restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to all main attractions of the old City. Very clean property and Stefano was very kind and helpful.
Stefano was not there at check in, the Lady who meet us was very nice but had no English so we were not able to get any information or a map. The bed was very hard. No internet or TV working in our room for the duration of our stay.
great location. helpful friendly manager
intermittent wifi in room
friendly owner.. the mother of the owner made a delicious cake which she happily handed out to us for on the way!!
wifi signal was very weak in the room
Very nice service and location which makes an impression. It's worth it's price. Good restaurants and shops are few steps from the B&B locations. I recommend it :)
If you come by car you need to look for free parking. The nearest to the location will cost you around 35€ per day.
Nice please right in the heart of Siena in a classic building. clean and confortable. Good breakfast.
Localization is a few minutes from piazza del campo. Very good breakfest with friendly and helpful personel.
Central location. Traditional Italian building with traditionally simply furnished rooms. One sociable table for breakfast.
Shower not working very well - difficult to adjust to get the right temperature. Coffee machine at breakfast produced disappointing coffee.
Great location close to train station and all the shops are walking distance. Steffano was so nice. Great rooms and well kept. Would recommend this to all. Siena is so beautiful!
Location and originality.
Nothing in particular
A beautiful little tower clinging to the side of the hill in the District of the Caterpillar (ask your host, Stefan). If you're dragging your bagagli along the Via Rossi it may be a little hard to find - the Fonte della Broca (Caterpillar Fountain) is actually a grotto underneath the Via Rossi. Look to your left for the flat sculpture representing a stone nude peeking out throught her stone curtains. Nice breakfast and plenty of it. Very kindly staff. We ate at Babazuf, the semiotic restaurant - very philosophical. We loved siena. You have to see the Piazza del Campo to appreciate it. Stay two nights. Don't forget to pay your respects to Caterina di Siena.
Close to heart of Siena.
Very noisy location with cars, lorries & above all scooters all accelerating up the hill & round the corner. Noisy people outside into the early hours. Breakfast was basic & not well organised, with more guests than seats, & a rubbish coffee machine.
Central, clean, friendly, accessible, quiet and pleasant.
Bed was a bit hard.
Owner very friendly, helped me booking tours and with directions of the hotel when I arrived at the city. Simple breakfast, but you get good coffee and great home-made cakes.
My room was in front of the breakfast area so it was very noisy. Walls are not sound proof. There was a mechanical pump in the toilet that would turn on every time water was used. Bring ear ear plugs.
