B&B Soggiorno Pezzati

We stayed in quite a few hotels during our visit of Italy - all via Booking.com and have been impressed with all of them, but I must say I am surpised that bookings.com can even recommend this place. Worst of all was that although it was freezing outside we were told by the manageres that they switched the airconditioning - and it seems hot water as well - off. The lady that helped us check in could not understand a word of English. Thanks to google translate we managed to get by. Furthermore this hotel DO NOT reserve a booking at the rate you get it on booking.com as the other hotels we stayed at did so booking in advance at this hotel via bookings.com to get a good price is pointless.

Location - close to main attractions of Florence. Very friendly staff. All needed facilities. Big room. Make sure you notify the staff about parking reservation if you travel by car! Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents. So, the garage in front of the hotel was very usefull, although expensive.

Noise insulation is very poor. We heard almost all the speeches and noises from the hallway. Breakfast, as it said in description, was very light.

Very small room. No elevator. Staff can be italian speeking only. Noise from next-door room.

1, free wifi in the room 2, 10 mins walk to the main station. Also close to city's other attractions. But yes, Florence is a small city overall

1, no breakfast, nothing. But in the confirmation note, it says breakfast included. 2, heater was strangely off during night but on when we were out at daytime 3, 2 floors to carry your luggage, no lift 4, the Spanish lady doesnt speak English, and the person who speaks English never appeared but need to contact her through phone

the room had all facilities needed, a spacious room, very clean and comfortable

the room is calm and very clean. It's comfortable to take a rest after the whole day visiting.

Staff were helpful and spoke great English. Location was fairly handy to the train station and sites. The room was clean and the bathroom nicely renovated

The hallway outside the room was noisy and so was the plumbing from above. The bed was made up of two single beds, not zipped just joined by a sheet which slipped away during the night.

Convienent location, good alternative to. Hostel and really close to everything in Florence. Good value for money. Only two floors to carry bags. Quiet.

La camera era molto pulita e arredata in modo confortevole . La posizione molto centrale ci ha permesso di visitare la città a piedi.

La camera doppia ha un letto matrimoniale e un lettino molto piccolo ( un divanetto in realtà ), ciò significa che uno dei due ospiti dorme in modo scomodo

Situation géographique au centre ville et à côté d'un garage ... car galere pour se garer en Italie. Chambres propres et salle de bain nickel.

La propriétaire n'habite pas sur place et malgré que j'ai confirmé à deux reprises l'heure de mon arrivée. . Elle n'était pas là. Idem lors de l'arrivée d'autres clients ... même scénario lors du départ. Pas sérieux du tout.

Molto comoda la posizione del B&B per girare(comodamente a piedi) il centro della città..la struttura è ben tenuta e pulita.

le camere sono molto vicine tra loro e per nulla insonorizzate,quindi qualsiasi rumore preveniente dalle altre camere o dal corridoio comune viene avvertito distintamente..L'importante quindi è non avere vicini rumorosi! :-)

感觉住在这里的人素质都比较差。房间厕所没有窗户。老板娘在酒店的时间很少，员工总是算错房费，我们只有半- 个小时要坐火车了，她还在算账，连错好几次。

отличный приветливый персонал. отличное местоположение, пешая доступность до всех достопримечательностей и вокзала.

Ubicacion

Trés bon accueil et disponibilité. La chambre est petite mais agréable et très propre. La situation du b & b est centrale et pratique sans pour autant qu'on soit gêné par les bruits de la rue. Je le recommande même si le pris est un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations.

La locazione del BB molto centrale, l'arredamento e lo stile della camera nuovo e caldo. Inoltre la zona è pochissimo trafficata e non ci sono rumori della strada.

Un ronzio di un motore di non so cosa che è stato attivo tutta la notte.

La proprietaria è veramente disponibile per qualsiasi richesta.

Su ubicación, muy cerca de todo.Justo al lado del mercado central.Buena relación calidad precio. Daniela, la gerente del B&B es un encanto y está siempre dispuesta a ayudarte y hacerte la estancia lo más agradable posible. Y que puedo decir de Idania ,un solecito cubano brillando con fuerza en la ya de por sí luminosa Florencia. Gracias

La posizione è abbastanza buona per visitare la città (5 minuti a piedi dal duomo), le camere inoltre sono molto carine e ben curate.

Il prezzo del soggiorno per notte è piuttosto eccessivo in quanto pari a quello di un hotel a tre stelle di Firenze (ci siamo trovati per forza di cose a dover scegliere questo alloggio, ma precedentemente abbiamo sperimentato il suddetto hotel). Quella da noi prenotata era una camera matrimoniale, il letto però consisteva in due singoli attaccati. Il che è risultato essere molto scomodo. Nel prezzo inoltre era inclusa la colazione, che consisteva purtroppo in cornetti,fette biscottate preconfezionate e caffè/cappuccini in cialde per la macchinetta o solubili, davvero deludente visto il prezzo pagato per soggiornare.

Ottimo B&B, non c'è che dire! La camera era pulita e ordinata, in un silenzioso appartamento situato in posizione strategica nel bel centro di Firenze a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni storico-culturali della città. La proprietaria era molto disponibile e cordiale. La tanto criticata colazione era piuttosto un delizioso vassoio servito ogni giorno in camera contenente alcuni snacks, una brioche e una cialda per il caffé. Ricordo che la legge impone ai titolari di B&B affittacamere professionali l'obbligo di fornire colazioni "preconfezionate senza alcun tipo di manipolazione". Un posto così gradevole non posso che consigliarlo, visto anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Per quanto mi riguarda, so già dove andare quando tornerò a Firenze!
