view was super, owners are nice young people, the patio was excelent and all equipment of the house, we spent there beautiful time :)
only mosquitoes before sunset were very intrusive ...but we solved it by repellent :)
Nice view, but difficult to find in the middle of nowhere...
The hosts were very straitened and in distress, which infuenced our stay negatively. The house felt haunted because after giving the room you did not see the hosts anymore, not even at breakfast and when we wanted to stay in the morning in the garden they wanted us to leave because they left the house themselves. Moreover the key and the gate did not work, so you had to phone them every time to come in. Overall strange...
this was one place that was true to the web info. the hosts were delightful and very helpful. the place was so relaxing and very well appointed.we enjoyed staying here. there were many places to sit and relax. the bedroom even had comfortable sofa chairs to relax in and read as well. very nice place
for older people the stairs to the bedrooms were a bit scary (spiral brick, a bit unlit,no definite handrail) but our host carried the bags down for us which was a great help.
Nice place, nice owners, great surroundings. The hotel is the romantic dream.
The house is beautiful, it is located in a very quiet area with beautiful landscapes. There is a restaurant and a small grocery store in walking distance, and Greve and Florence are only 15 minutes drive away. The room was very spacious and clean. The houseowner, Daria was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could have been more varied.
Very helpful staff Amazing patio and view Great location, nice restaurant in 2 minute walk
We loved the place itself, the home, the beautiful grounds, and Daria and Andrea. We felt as if we stepped back in time, but were very comfortable and had a nice Italian breakfast each morning which included the honey they make. Daria was just finishing up making honey for the season and we bought a few jars to bring home. We were able to drive to many of the beautiful local towns such as Greve, Panzano, Sienna, and others.
Home is always a nice place to come back to but it still wasn't easy.
What a wonderful find! Our room was huge in this beautiful old farmhouse surrounded by acres of olive trees with views of the Tuscan hills but close to vineyards, and all the Chianti region has to offer. What could be more relaxing and convenient? Our hostess, Daria, was charming and extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
