The place is very classy and the staff friendly and helpful. There is no reception but staff are always available. The building and room were lovely. Continental breakfast was lovely served to us in the room but is served in the garden june to september which would be idyllic. The lido as a location is the perfect antidote to the frantic city environment of Venice with plenty of restaurants and bars and a lovely beach and Venice City is only 15 minutes away by ferry The room was on the small side but beautifully appointed and the bathroom exceptional

A lovely villa in its own beautiful gardens in a quiet residential neighbourhood yet only 10 minutes walk to the water buses to take you to Venice. We had a very relaxing time, the room was clean and comfortable and all we needed. We would definitely stay there again. nothing

This is an adorable place to stay - we loved every second of our time in it. The building is lovely and surrounded by a beautiful garden, Stefano and Marika are the most hospitable owners we have ever met. The studio we booked was spacy, luxorious and there was everythong one could need. Breakfast was fine, everything was fine and we loved it! Everything was fine!!

The building and room were exactly as shown in website. Location is very convenient to the pier and several good dining options nearby. The same type of lodging in Venice would probably cost us 2-3times the price! Staff and owner were friendly and professional and accommodated all our needs (ie. extra blanket, special request for breakfast, late-check out). Overall, very good value and an excellent alternative to stay when you visit Venice! Already recommended to a colleague of mine! American Coffee could be served in a larger pot, or add a thermos with hot water on the side. Owner has young children living upstairs on the 3/Fl, and could be noisy during the weekends when they are not in school.

The building was spectacular,it was very quiet, staff were friendly nd very helpful, nmothing was any trouble. Everywhere was luxuroious, clean and so relaxing. The garden was beautiful and tranquil .It was unbelievable that the villa was in a little quiet oasis yet 20minutes away was the hustle and bustle of the gran canal/heart of venice or 5 minutes away the beach.Superb location for all tastes and needs. There was nothing we didn't like.

Gorgeous place, just splendid. Make sure you stay there. I wish I had booked more days at Villa Ines. Best place to stay when in Venice. Just 15 minute ride on Actv waterbusto Lido and 5 minute walk. Very cozy and private.

We had an absolutely fabulous 3 night stay in Villa Ines. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The fact that it was situated on Lido was not a problem as it was only a 10-15 boat ride into central San Marco and allowed us to get away from the crowds when we wanted. Villa Ines is an absolutely beautiful building with fabulous rooms set in a lovely residential area. There are lovely coffee shops and restaurants within 2 mins walk and the beach is 2 mins in the other direction. The breakfast, which you can have in your room or in the lovely gardens was exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice to stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Great villa, located 10 mins walk from the waterbus station. Very nice garden, very nice and polite staff. I would definitely recommend to stay at this villa as it combines great connection to all historical part of Venice as well as enjoying the beaches and the sea!

Lido is a fine island to stay when visiting Venice, it has a huge, clean beach and plenty of places to dine; although our reason for staying on this island was to stay away from the noise etc at night on mainland but have easy access as and when required. The Villa Innes, owned by Marika and Stefano, is set in a quite and peaceful avenue, but only a few minutes walk from the restaurants and bars and the water taxi/bus to San Marco. It served our purpose well as we only used the room to sleep in, however if you are looking for somewhere where you could spend any length of time during the evening then this place is not for you as the room was very, very small; but then this is advertised as a b & b and not a Hotel. The breakfast, served in the garden was adequate and if required, extra dishes (chargeable) are available. All in all, the host's are pleasant, the accommodation is clean, and the breakfast is fresh, but don't expect to be able to come back to the room in the early evening and spend any sort of time there. On another note, regarding the transport to and from Lido; don't buy tickets from Alilaguna, especially the 72 hour plus deals online; the service is restrictive, every 30 mins at best and hourly at worst; add to this the fact the service stops at 22:35 and you then find yourself having to pay again for another carrier to get back to Lido! It's cheaper to wait until you get to Venice where you can buy the same length of ticket from actv (the public carrier) for €10 cheaper and they run 24/7. Small Room, unsuitable if you were using the beach and wanted somewhere to relax during the early evening.

The location of the hotel was perfect to be close to Venice City but in a tranquil location. The garden was a perfect place to have breakfast and relax. It was a short walk to the town centre cafes and bars and ferry stop.

Wonderful old building with fabulous gardens, great staff, nice breakfasts, on Lido which is just a short water taxi away from Venice but far from the craziness. Highly recommended accommodations. Lido has nice restaurants, beaches, walking, history, etc. I would certainly go to this property again and loved being outside of Venice.

We loved everything about b&b Villa Ines. It was very close to shopping and the beach. We could walk everywhere. The place itself was an oasis of calm and beauty. After spending time in Rome, Florence, and Venice, it was incredibly relaxing to walk into the beautiful garden and feel all the stress melt away. The room was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed. We slept well. Stephano was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. We had a nice selection of breads, fruit, and beverages. The croissants were amazing. We ate outside in the garden. It was so peaceful and soothing. The perfect way to start a busy day of sightseeing.

Rustige omgeving.
